Dear T-Mobile,How much do you suck? Let me count the ways. Your ridiculously expensive phone plans and terrible customer service are a good place to start. For someone who sells phone service, you seem incompetent and unable to keep track of your own prices. I'm supposed to owe $75 for my plan, and I get billed $100, $120, $110. The numbers make no sense. Customers beware, check your bill every month because they will charge you whatever they want.Once they overcharge you, you will waste hours of your life on the phone, fighting for your money back. You will have to call again and again and explain over and over the situation. It's really a painful way to go about having a cell phone.I recommend you look elsewhere.

Had a great experience at this T-Mobile. The representative, Ender, was really helpful and understanding of my issue. He did an impressive job managing the store and explaining to me how to fix my phone issues.

Today I came in to add a line to my existing account. I had a horrible experience with the representative. I like to add I have been a long time customer for 9 years as well.I came in to purchase a phone for my son, this was his first phone. The representative name was Sean, he did not give me any information about any any deals that they were having. He also failed to give me a complete breakdown of my bill which I did ask for. He gave me an estimate which was incorrect. He was having issues with the system which he failed to advise me. I had to ask after he scanned the phone about the 10th time. I will add he was texting on his personal phone the entire time he was assisting, which is unprofessional.After I paid he put everything in the bag. He did not set up my phone. After I complained the manager Steven finally came over and assisted me with my phone. He did apologize for his staff and would advise he would speak to him. He also stated that the previous 10 customers didn’t want their phone set up so he just assumed that I didn’t either. Which is wrong, the whole purpose that you are there is to help. I was also offered a free line at no cost. Then after further discussion I was not a candidate because of my plan. That was also a fail because they were going to set me up with a like that I could not use.Then I see the representative helping another customer and he is giving her the break down and attentiveness that I did not receive. I will not be back to this t-mobile store ever. This member obviously needs remediation on customer service.

I was helped by Melfy and Dayan in switching 3 lines over to T-Mobile from Verizon. Both Melfy and Dayan were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly, and went over and beyond in getting my lines switched, as well as getting the new cellphone I purchased for my daughter so she didn't have to wait to have it overnighted. There was one snafu which I have no doubt T-Mobile will get sorted out, involving one of the cellphones whose line I am switching and which T-Mobile has guaranteed to provide reimbursement for the balance of that phone. This also serves as a lesson to anyone else reading this who is switching their lines over in person. I should have been told to take a picture of my balance on the phone BEFORE we switched the lines. Once we switched the lines, I was not able to go back to my Verizon account to show proof of the balance. I went to Verizon in person and was told that my account was closed and that was Verizon's proprietary information and they could not give it to me. I am now having to wait for my bill to arrive in the mail, since I can no longer access my old Verizon account, and will then take it to this store to process the reimbursement.

Absolutely horrible service. I'm Now waiting while typing this as it's been 44 minutes. Not even a hello when I walked through the door. I literally had what I wanted in hand 5 minutes after I arrived. At 39 minutes I Interrupted the associate and asked was her the only one working and he says yes I apologize for the service. Finally other employees show up almost 1 hour later walking in with pants sagging. Finally helped by one of the guys and they actually didn't even have the other product I wanted. Could have saved a hour. Never again!

Got my new IPhone 12 Pro Max at this location and I couldn’t be happier. The gentleman Danish was welcoming, helpful, and informative in a timely manner. He walked me through the entire transaction with great detail and patience. I highly recommend him! The other employees made it feel very inviting and comfortable to be there. Awesome store!
