I actually like the hair cut overall but my neck ended up pretty torn up. Not quite sure what she was doing back there but it wasn’t anything gentle.

Have yet to have a bad haircut after 2 years . Super friendly staff , especially the manager that works most often, she's always so fast and friendly during the haircut and giving me style advice.
