Solid Kitchen & Bath redid our upstairs bathroom, which included demolition, replacement of all fixtures, plumbing, & tile. The references Sirin supplied were all effusive & the work we inspected was impeccable. We worked with her from the initial design to the finishing touches & plan to work with her company in the future on other projects. She provided detailed timetables, clearly explained each step, answered questions throughout the renovation - which finished ahead of schedule & in budget - and ensured that the house was cleaner when they finished than when they began. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, materials, communication, & follow-up. The company owner (Sirin) checked in with us onsite every day & we knew who would be in our home each day, when they would be arriving, & when they expected to finish for the day. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Solid Kitchen & Bath sooner.Services: Tile work installation

Sirin was wonderful to work with. She helped us with design and all of the work involved to remodel our small primary bathroom. For design, she struck the perfect balance between incorporating the ideas we came with, and providing us with ideas to complete the picture. The work itself started right on time, finished earlier than anticipated, and was completed to a high quality. Sirin always reiterated that if we were not happy with results, we could change or fix things until they were just right. Hi - 2022 update - 2 bathrooms:Kitchen still looks fabulous and so happy with the work. Solid Kitchen and Bath completed 2 of our bathrooms this spring. Again -- I was so impressed with the work itself and how liveable it was during the process. They do a great job cleaning up daily and we even worked from home!The bathrooms are gorgeous -- I can't believe the change and the fixtures and details Sirin chose are wonderful. Highly recommend!2019 Kitchen:So pleased to have worked with Solid Kitchen and Bath on our kitchen renovation. Sirin and her team were remarkable from start to finish. (And it was finished earlier than expected!)We met with three companies and Sirin and another company came out to our house to investigate. Of those two companies, Sirin was better at relating to us from the beginning and listening to what we wanted. Then we met with her in the showroom and selected finishes that we liked.We got pricing from all vendors and Sirin's was competitive. Her edge was that she was great at helping us decide things and listening. The other vendors - not so much. She came out to our house once or twice more before construction started to evaluate the soffits (we were removing them) and measure. We signed a contract at that point.Work started as planned and they helped us re-plan our laundry room so that could act as our kitchen in the interim. Throughout the process, Sirin was great at sharing various options and helping us get what we wanted. There were a few times where we didn't understand something, but she helped explain it until we did. I learned to really trust her.The demolition and construction went beautifully. I was surprised at how clean our house stayed during the process thanks to the plastic up and the crew fastidiously keeping the site clean. We were able to walk through the kitchen everyday. Aside from a few items coming in damaged (which Sirin coordinated replacement asap), it all went perfectly -- actually, beyond my expectations.At the end of the project, we had captured a few questions via photos and text to her and all items were resolved fully on the last day.I look forward to working with her again on future bathroom remodels and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend she and your team for other projects.

I hired Solid Kitchen & Bath to renovate two bathrooms in an Old Town Alexandria condo.Sirin was a pleasure to work with! We met and talked about ideas, She developed a plan and spent a great deal of time searching out the best tiles, vanities, hardware, bathroom accessories etc. She sent me a link to see and approve each item. She took care of the scheduling and complied with all condo regulations. Work was started and completed on time and within budget. Choosing a brand new look for bath isn’t easy and we wanted to hire professional service who can help us choose the right marble design and bathroom accessories. So we checked online and found this company and decided to give them a try since they’re the closest shop in the neighborhood. The sales person who answered the phone was very polite but has no idea of any of the questions we asked. She said she could get the person in charge to call us back. We gave them our contact number and email address but we didn’t hear back for days so we called again but the person who answered the call came at us very defensive. I was being polite by not ending the conversation abruptly but we went with another company. I will never know the quality of work they can promise but the experience I had with them, I don’t think I can recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Sirin at Solid Kitchen and Bath to replace my outdated 1980s kitchen and powder room. The experience was enjoyable from beginning to end. Sirin listened to my ideas and guided me on design choices, sent me 3D renderings to envision the end result. The work was delivered on time and on budget. Communication was clear and frequent so I was always aware of what work was happening when. When inevitable challenges were encountered, solutions were always provided. I would recommend Solid Kitchen and Bath without hesitation; I love my new kitchen and bathroom.I want to replace my master bathroom and add a small guest bathroom and Solid Kitchen and Bath will be the first company I turn to.Service: Remodeling

I got a bathroom remodel and definitely recommend this company. They are very responsive and have excellent attention to detail. I was scheduled quickly and the workmen were friendly and respectful. I'm very happy with the results!
