I've had amazing experiences with their Alexandria store.The shop in Alexandria VA has wonderful people working there. They are friendly, professional and very efficient. Their customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond!

  Michele and her team at the Simon Pearce store are exceptional! They are warm, welcoming, and kind. They are knowledgeable about the products and show excitement and pride towards Simon Pearce. My husband and I love visiting them and we even made a trip up to the headquarters in Vermont after they inspired us to go see it.
