I had two separate experiences. The first time I went into the store for help with a paint selection, there was only one employee who seemed too busy to help. The next time I went on Saturday morning and I think her name was Neomi. She helped me have a better experience than I planned for. She noticed inexperienced questions and helped me to make selections based on my needs. She provided excellent customer service and support. I would return to this location because of her.

Every time I walk in here I am greeted by the friendliest group of employees of any store I have been to in years! I am going to start looking for more home repair tasks as an excuse to visit this Sherwin-Williams location! Quick, efficient, compassionate staff that always get my paint samples exactly right. Whoever Management is, kudos to treating your employees right and spreading good energy, the rest of my day I have an extra pep in my step after getting my paint supplies from here. Efrain showed extra special attention to detail in getting my paint the perfect shade today and didn’t get frustrated with me at any point. He has the patience of a saint, the whole staff is excellent, too bad I forgot the name of a lovely young lady who has attended to my paint needs before today, awesome staff honestly. Convenient location, certainly never thought I could “look forward” to going to a paint supply store, haha!

The store was very organized and neat and the paint colors and brochures were very easy to navigate through. The salesman was very helpful and knew a lot about the paints and how to change the strength level to make certain shades lighter or darker. I look forward to doing my rooms with SW paints.

I went in to this location today (6/14/22 @ 13:45) to ask if Promar 20 flat paint was in stock for a gray card sample I selected from their in-store catalogue. I explained that if available, I would inform the contractor who will be doing the painting in my apartment that he could get the paint at this location.The young woman who was working the desk didn't seem to understand what I was asking for and instead started preparing a sample, which she neglected to explain cost $9.99. When she began to ring it up I re-explained that I didn't need a sample, I just wanted to know if they had the paint on the sample card in stock, and the contractor who will paint the house will complete the order. She tried to insist that I still had to pay for the sample. I tried to explain again that that is not what I came for, but she was very argumentative, even as I left for the exit. She and her colleague continued to try to escalate the situation even as I was walking out the door, and were extremely rude. Poor service, terrible attitudes from the staff at this location today. I hope the manager is taking note, because he really needs to have a discussion about customer service with these two who attended me today.

Incredibly slow and indifferent to customers. I am still standing in line 40 minutes after entering the store with only one customer ahead of me. The associates clearly didn’t have an interest in working as they were behind the counter talking about Amber and Johnny Depp at lengths before making an attempt to help the customers.

We went to this store with very little information, a small piece of drywall and even less hope. Emerged feeling like we were on top of the world! The staff people we worked with (on two separate days) were amazingly helpful (and knowledgeable) with matching paint color. Based on my experience, I would recommend this store to anyone. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.Update: Josue, I think was the name of the person who made the extra effort to help figure things out for us.

I come 1 or 2 times out of the week to this store. Most of the employees are knowledgeable. Today unfortunately today one of them told me that they did not have the product and when I asked for any other option and sent me to another store . I called my home store ( which I trust) and they told them which product would work. Our time as customers is valuable as the employees, please get properly trained.
