I went into this store, because McLain's tinting machine was broken, I asked for 2 gallons of paint and I didn't mention the type of paint I wanted. Instead of specifying, I was sold 2 gallons of the most expensive paint they had! $85 a gallon?? That is twice the price of Benjamin Moore mid grade paint. Needless to say, I'm taking my large paint order elsewhere.

I literally came here within less than 20 minutes of them closing. I called and Fernando answered promptly (which is rare these days). I explained to him that I was in dire need of a paint match ASAP and he provided a few recommendations. When I got there, another gentleman took what I had and was able to provide me a paint match and used a coupon for my order within minutes. I was concerned that because I had arrived so close to closing that the staff would be anxious to go home. Normally, out of respect I would have come earlier. Even if they were anxious and annoyed that I was there past closing, the provided, prompt, kind, and exceptional service without me feeling rushed. This is my first time coming and I did not have an account; if this is emblematic of the level of service they generally provide, I would not hesitate to come again for my painting needs in the future!

Worse service ever ! I came in today and I had a few questions the young guy that was at the register literally yawned throughout the whole conversation. My questions never got answered and didn't even help assist in any of the things that I needed. I'm sure he was ready to get off but that's no reason for the way he acted
