I cannot recommend this place enough. My wife and I are new to the area and bought two older (2010 and 2013) used cars that we only need for a couple of years. Unfortunately, we've ended up having several issues with both cars. We have gone to Duke's each time we've had an issue, and they have been very knowledgeable and friendly, and got the job done. I have never had a mechanic bend over backwards to help me out as much as these guys have. They already are very competitive for the area with their pricing, but they renegotiated part prices, made suggestions on what is and isn't the most necessary to fix, and did whatever they could to help me out and save some money with the car issues we've had. I will definitely be going to Duke's for all my mechanic needs for as long as we are in the area. Thank you Duke's Auto Repair and Service!

Duke Street Auto is superior to all other shops in this area! They:
- Replaced 2 front lower control arms for Jaguar XF
-Wheel Alignment
- Replace coolant tank to reset fault
- Replace rear reverse camera
- VA Safety I spection
The cost was cheaper than quoted from other shops. Work was completed ahead of time. The service reps were knowledgeable, honest and really great people to discuss needs at a reasonable price.
They are now my #1 go to for all my Jaguar XF needs. Finally found a shop whom I trust more than the Jaguar dealership and other local shops I have used.
Do not hesitate to repair your vehicle here. In and out service. Large and clean shop to service all needs.
Hands down 10 out of 10!!!! Thank you Duke st Auto. Glad I decided to take a chance and stop here. I’m back driving safely on the road now.

Expensive. I have to return multiple times to get the same problems fixed because their mechanics are not good. The mechanics will go through your personal stuff inside your car without permission. This place is very racist if you are not from their own country.

I feel extra blessed to have found this shop. I've heard multiple stories of people's experiences with shops around the DMV and that makes me appreciate Duke Auto and team that much more. Josi, Simon and their whole staff are honest, reliable, respectful, communicative and very knowledgeable. They've treated myself and my aging 2012 Malibu very well every time we've paid them a visit. I highly recommend them!
