The car wash damaged my truck, the owner and manager refused to assist me when I asked about their insurance information.

My vehicle was damaged by the malfunctioning car wash. I was in contact with the manager but he has stopped responding to my phone calls or texts when I asked about the companies insurance information.

1 star solely because of the older Ethiopian guy who works in the mornings. He genuinely is one of the most dazed and confused persons I’ve ever came across. Where did y’all find this caveman??

If you like your body and car looking like you washed it with blue Icee then great. $3 for 4 minutes is great for keeping cost down to quickly wash a small car but be ready to get wet and wild! The hoses leak like a fire hose and you are garanteed to be drenched by the end. Would really like a refund from my 7-24-2020 wash because now I'm attempting to destain the inside of my car from this mess.

By far the worst car wash I've ever been through. $12 touch less wash and my car was still completely filthy. I wiped my hand across the paint in front of the attendant and it was covered in dirt. His response... "I'll give you another code". Seriously, stay away.

It was OK. For what they charge you to get the car exterior wash I cant expect much. But I rather pay little extra and in return get a better wash. It was OK, the car was cleaner. And not very clean. But all I wanted is a quick wash to get the crazy amount of dust over it. So if you do not want to pay a lot, and get OK wash, it will be good for you. If you want a thorough clean, and pay more, keep on driving.

The gas pump offered a car wash "today." I said yes and paid for it. Then car wash not working. When I asked for a refund, I was refused. I asked for the manager and was told he was not in. Finally talked to the owner or manager on the phone. He told me even if I couldn't get the car wash, I should be content because I saved 20 cents per gallon by ordering a car wash! The amount saved on 10 gallons was $2. That means I was simply out $13. It was only when I said I would report this on one Nextdoor and Yelp that he accused ME of being combative for insisting on a refund, and said he would tell the clerk to refund my money, which the clerk did. Why did he put me through an upsetting and humiliating time when all I asked for was a refund? He could have given me a refund from the beginning. After all these years of patronizing this station,I will not trust them in the future.

Don't take your car there. I have oil all over my car and they refuse to fix it. The owner told me to come by the next day which I did and he was no where to be found. He never told me to call customer service until I called asking why he wasn't there. They don't care about their customers.
