For the past three years I've taken my vehicles to this business for major and minor service. Each time, Jay and his staff have not only sincerely greeted me, but explained what services they were providing and let me know how to get better deals. Best service on this side of Alexandria I've worked with.

So tired of these gas stations having ANY open time on their websites knowing they don’t open till later. their website or maps say 5-6am and then on the door a small paper listing the hours. Just too unprofessional.

Jay and Miguel at the Old Town Shell are fast friendly and fair.

Very easy for a state inspection. Best time to go is first thing in the morning.

Very rude lady cashier ask for restroom key and she was so disrespectful I’m not going back again and I will not recommend to any Uber driver to go there

Their inspector is very experienced and knowledgeable every time I go there he is very helpful and check out my vehicle all around in detail I love this place for inspection and emissions because I like to get checked my car in detail and he even shows me other stuff if I needed in future they are very honest people I would recommend this place and I will keep going there.

We came home from vacation to a car that wouldn’t start. I was having issues before we left.Our condo building battery charger was t doing the trick. Walked over to Shell and explained by problem. Jay handed me the charger and away I went. 20 minutes later I drove back with the charger and 10 minutes later my new battery was installed by Miguel. And this was on a Saturday morning.
