I had leaking water from my kitchen which damaged the drywall ceiling in my rec room downstairs. The source is either the dishwasher or the water supply line. Mr H. Q. searched for leaks by pouring water from buckets and running the DW to eliminate the water supply in the diagnostic. He determined the DW was not leaking. This result is critical to proceed with further problem solving. He was patient and thorough, applying critical thinking and consultation. He was also very pleasant with good communication. Job well done! 5 stars!

The Sears technician did a great job. Sears scheduling/dispatch needs A LOT of work. Scheduling a customer with an 11 hour window, the customer moves all their (Friday) appointments to Monday, then is notified at the end of the 11 hour window that the appointment is now moved to the following Monday is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! It is Sears problem they are over-scheduling, not the customers; unfortunately, the customer suffers.Sears, fix yourself!!

The visit was the next day after the call for service. We were clearly informed and updated on the arrival schedule. The technicians were polite and personable. The repair was completed within a few hours with no delay waiting for parts. The area was cleaned up before they left The refrigerator and freezer are now working again.

Truly the best technician that we’ve experienced with Sears - and we’ve had several over the past 3 years in this home. I was thrilled to see that we were on his schedule today for our prevention maintenance check with our heater. He saved the day when our AC went out in early August - incredibly respectful of our property, competent, and patient when explaining to us what the problem was as we are clueless on HVAC systems. Today he texted me with a smaller time frame and again when he was on his way which I greatly appreciated. It’s no fun waiting around when the time window is so broad. I wish I got his name - but I hope from here on out he is assigned to our home if we ever encounter an issue! Highly recommend!!
