I often come to this store when in town. The people in the deli are absolutely amazing!! Today I was Blessed by Coretta. I asked an employee before asking her to help but often the employees here are not friendly or wanting to help so I walked away and saw Coretta she was gathering items looks like for a pick up. I asked for her help and she joyfully and kindly walked with me to help me. Coretta provided service beyond Excellence!! If only the employees who work on the floor and the Cashiers could be more like Coretta. My recommendation is that Coretta train these employees who does not provide Customer Service in Excellence. Being kind to others will ALWAYS be returned back to you.

A staff member refused to let me use the self-checkout, saying I had too many items. And then there weren't enough cashiers available, leading to long wait time. I don't think this was the store policy, it wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Nice... You shall be able to find everything you can get at any grocery store.
A little expensive.
The store was clean and organized, they could stock their bathroom with paper towels more efficiently. ?

So went here for the first time, parking lot was packed but we found a spot. Everything was ok until we got to check out. Went to self check out for the one item I was looking for and something went wrong with the register. Some African American lady with a cane came over saying she had to cancel the whole order. The part that turned my whole experience sour was she was extremely rude about it and I left the store feeling very unwelcomed. Not sure why she had a terrible and extremely unfriendly attitude but I'm not going here again.

While the store is clean and we'll stocked the people are rude. We were there at closing time and I've been in situations where they tell you it's closing and force you to pay.
But this store noo what they do is shut the machines right in front of your mouth.
We were in line ready to pay and the tall guy looked at me and quickly swiped his employee card on the self checkout and shut the machine off he said it's closed
Never happened to me where they kick you like animals.
Every other store they at least alow you to pay.
I'm never returning here

They have they best produce anywhere (except farmers markets) baked goods are top notch for a large grocery chain

Went to the deli counter. Asked if one of the flavors of chicken under glass was the habanero. Older gentleman says "yeah" just in a rude manner in a way that he thought I already knew the answer. Nothing indicating what types of chicken were there. He muttered something else very rudely and I just said "you know what, forget it!" and walked away.This is the second time I felt like I was putting him out by asking a question and needing assistance. When this happened before I actually stuck it out and dealt with his attitude. The first time, I'll give someone a pass. Having a bad day? OkThis time, not again. Walked away.
