I've been coming to S & S for years. They provide excellent service. They treat you like family. All staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. They listen, educate, and provide you the service requested- but even better. You leave feeling a new person: beautiful, confident, and hair looking amazing.
Stylist: Mrs. Shirley is amazing. Very thorough and sweet, and is a fabulous hair stylist. She's very knowledgeable and does great cuts and styles! You'll thank me later?.

If you value your time and have appointments to keep, this isn't the place for you. I asked for a simple trim on Friday, August 18. Ms Wilkins suggested 9:30am which was fine, as I had an important work event at 10am less than 2 miles away. Not only was she late, by the time she waddled in, 10 minutes late, my trim was rushed and she missed some spots. And she didn't even apologize which is customary when a client has been waiting. Moreover, her colleagues supported this unprofesional behavior by repeating "She's here, she's here..." If she's not in the building, she's NOT "here". At any rate, I'll not be back. If you have no career and have time to waste, by all means, come here. If you have a schedule to keep, I suggest you pass.

I've been coming here since 2017. I get my braids done by Joy and she's very friendly and efficient. I'm satisfied with her work every time and recommend her to everyone.

Joy did not properly do my hair. I also find that the manager seems to not care if a customer is happy or not. I will not be going back.
