I frequently visit this laundromat. It's an entertainment hub for adults. They need to expand and create a fun zone for the children. The children should not be playing casino games and cashing out tickets.

The staff was rude and lied about pricing. When asked for a refund for the overcharge, the person working the counter was rude and combative. I'd recommend going anywhere else

I was impressed with the outstanding service the staff provided and how clean the facility looked. Fans, TVs, massage chair, etc...different atmosphere I have experienced. I will definitely return.

First time in a laundromat. Busy place, even mid-day midweek, but clean. The two ladies working there were very helpful and assisted me in buying a card and finding/loading a washer for 2 king size comforters. They made the experience easy. Thank you!

First timer? See below. This place was really friendly when I went. Sure you aren't going to chat up the locals, as they are busy doing their laundry and maybe just taking a break for a little while as they do their laundry.Yeah there is a massage chair. No, you shouldn't sit in it while you aren't paying for it. It's a business, that's a revenue source. They have 3 sizes of washers, and I think 2 sizes of dryers. They have 3 giant washers that say they can take up to 8 loads of laundry. Depending on the intensity of the wash it will cost between $9 and $10.50. Don't trust the timer on the front of the machine, it seemed to have some sensors in there, and it went a bit longer than the countdown timer. They have other machines that can do 6 loads, and I think those cost around $7 and then the smallest machines can do 4 loads and are about $5.They have 4 big dryers, and a whole wall of medium dryers.***First timers? Read here***When you first get in there will be gambling machines on your right, ignore those, but look to your left. First things in will be a cart corral, then an attendant station for money products then a wall with an ATM and a soap dispenser. Walk just beyond that and take a left, there are two machines there that will give you a payment card. They are literally facing the back wall so you will have to walk in about a third of the way, and make a left handed u-turn to see them.Put in a $1 and buys you a card. Put the card in, and add $$ to it and that will add money to the card. It doesn't give any change back, you CAN NOT use a credit card, and it will only take paper money. The days of taking coins to this laundromat are over (though you can still use them to buy food at the self checkout at safeway).Once you have money on your card, you can use the washing machines. A quick in / out swipe will deduct the money from the card, and set the machine in motion. You do get some free dry time on the dryers with the purchase of a wash. So select what you want, and put your card in, and hit start. I think it will take 8 minutes. It seems that there might be extra "chunks" of 8 minutes on the card, maybe depending on which washer you used? Anyway, re-dipping your card into the slot and then hitting start (you can hit it multiple times) will use the free chunks on the card.Hope this helps any first timers. The lady at the folding station to the right of the card machines was SUPER helpful and kind. If you have problems, you can ask her.

With these Speed Queen washers, you put measures of detergent, bleach, and fabric softener products into separate dispenser compartments on the top of the machine and when these things are needed during the wash or rinse cycles, water comes thru the dispenser to carry the product into the machine so it will mix it with the water and the clothes being washed. At the end of the last rinse cycle the dispenser should be clean (with no detergent, etc, left in it). On some of the machines I used there was a lot of fabric softener, from the previous customer, left in the dispenser. I looked while I was using the machines, and some had just a trickle of water going thru the dispenser during the rinse cycle. On the machines I used, the detergent dispenser worked fine, lots of water. But the fabric softener dispenser didn't get enough water to clear the dispenser and move all of the product into the machine. So, check out the dispenser before you put your clothes in the machine. The dispenser should be clean, with no sign of any fabric softener from the previous customer. If it's not clean, don't use the machine!

While I didn't physically use the washers and dryers inside, I did use the cleaning service inside of rose hill to have my comforter cleaned. I had a busy day ahead of me and expected to have to spend a few hours at the laundromat but was pleasantly surprised that Rose Hill offered that as a service for $16 ($15 if you can wait until the next day). The woman who worked with us was very kind and explained to us how to get set up with a card and when we could expect the comforter back. I returned about 4 hours later to a freshly washed and dried comforter in a nice plastic bag to aide with transportation. A perfect 5 star experience!

Excellent customer service, clean facility, and the machines work well. My only small gripe would be to maybe have more counter space for folding.

Great service and very friendly staff!I had a large comforter washed with some specific laundering instructions and they did everything I asked! It looks and feels like new! I'll definitely be coming back with items that won't fit in my laundry machines at home.

I started going to Rose Hill Laundromat a year and half ago. I researched laundromats and read good reviews about this place. I use the wash and fold and it is AMAZING! The employees are FANTASTIC! The two women who work there are so sweet and kind. They are always friendly and very helpful. They are very careful to not use any scented detergent or dryer sheets with my clothes due to allergies. They are always so careful with any clothes, blanket, dog bed, comforters, etc I bring to them. The clothes are always folded nicely, it's impressive how they fold the fitted sheet! The clothes are always neatly in a plastic bag tied and put into a bigger bag. You can choose to have your items ready same day, for a small fee or next day. The laundromat is always clean and bright! There are flat screen tvs to keep you entertained. Parking is plenty and there are carts inside you can use to take your clothes inside.

I am a customer every weekend. I was told by a staff member to put on my mask that it was policy to wear a mask. I complied, but then few other customers came in and she did not say anything to them. I felt singled out and discriminated against.

I use to come here when I was smaller with my dad and always felt like home. It is really easy to use and manage around, although the prices have gotten expensive due to covid. I recently started coming here again since I can't wash my bulky sheets at home and I'll always prefer this laundromat than any other one!
