The product is very good. The service is OK the wait time for the products there’s not that good pre-orders move a little slow. I have been waiting for almost 2 years for some products due to the pandemic. And custom issues, but I hope to receive all of my pre-orders, and the rest of the Products that I have ordered I just want better communication, but you will not be disappointed in the product Have the company get in contact with me if you can

I've made over 12 attempts to get their customer service team to respond to my emails about the status of my order. Email, social media...no response or followup. When I see a review commenting on their "excellent customer service".... I'm reminded of how companies manage their reviews to minimize negative ones..... well this is one that will be removed I'm sure. Believe it or not, I've been waiting on a Pre-order now for 20 months!!!!! ... and can't get an update on when my shoes will be shipped although their showing on the website as In-Stock.

My family's been shopping at ROCKDEEP for three years now. And Everything's GREAT! Every product we ordered was made from with such magnificent quality. The feel and appearance of every piece kept me going back to make more purchases. The finial touches was wonderful such as the time they gifted every purchase with gold keychains, mask, bags with zippers, or thank you cards. This company is extremely customer friendly and thoughtful. I wish I could shop in-store however I leave near the beaches of California. Nevertheless I will continue shopping there noone can't even beat their prices . ROCKDEEP is a gift from fashion and merchandise heaven. ??

Ordered the M1’s for my wife as a Mothers Day gift last year. Nearly a year later, I finally received them. I will say that I had no confidence that I was ever going to receive the product that I paid for. After multiple inquiries about the order status and not receiving any information that would give me confidence, I had basically written it off as a lesson learned. I was frustrated and angry with the situation and had basically given up hope. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email saying that a shipping label had been created and within the week…I had the product. SHOCKED!!! I received my order and my wife absolutely loves the shoes and says they are extremely comfortable. I’m giving 3 stars and that’s hard to do after what I went through but they actually came through and the quality it awesome. Had I received the order within a reasonable amount of time and/or their customer support was better…I’d have given the 5 stars.If anyone reading this hasn’t received an order and is frustrated, thinking they’ve been duped, stay patient and keep the faith…they’re legitimate and it’s not a scam.

Seven months after placing an order and still no shoes. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times via email, social media and by phone to receive a refund. Nothing has happened. Don’t waste your money with this company!!!

5* QUALITY. From the artistic design of the shoes to their comfort. Their selection is versatile for several different lifestyles. I’m very grateful and I plan on staying with them for a long time. Nike, adidas, Reebok and the others will no longer receive my money. It’s all black owned from here on out.I’m still leaving a 5 star because I do appreciate this company. Though I will say, after a year of having his shoes I’ve had time to wear them for quite some time. Over time I’ve realized that due to wearing these shoes everyday of every week since buying them, they have lost durability. Due to that a small pain has begun to manifest in my knees and my ankles have a slight loss of strength. Mind you I’m a very active person, I train in martial arts and am constantly in the gym doing several activities. If it weren’t for me being active in my youth, I fear these shoes would do a considerable amount of damage to my legs. Shoes are more than just something to wear in style, but you’re entrusting the integrity of your physical health to them. Me being someone who is passionate about reaching the full potential of my body I find it rather disappointing that these shoes have taken this effect on my legs. Thank God that I remain active enough to keep them in shape.This review isn’t to slander or downplay this company, I’m loyal to the truth and most importantly the growth that is always held in life. While I do love the shoe designs of this company, they could use some work in protecting the legs of its customers. Paying hundreds of dollars to have your legs weakened is terrible for business and I want to see this business thrive. Hopefully the owners read this with a clear conscious; but the overall layout of the shoes could definitely improve. It’s all love, thank you.

they need to actually reply back to customers without being condescending. give out proper estimated shipping details and updates. don't have customers wait 9+ months for their orders.

I’ve ordered a lot of shoes from this company and some apparel. I love them all! They are true-to-size, fashion forward, and orthopedic-friendly at the same time! The owner and company have created an inclusive and progressive community. I love that my opinions are taken into the creative process. If there’s a hitch in the giddy up the customer service and CEO have no problem with accountability, improvement through change, and compensation. This company basically stole my money at this point. I tried to support and had 6 different orders in a span of 3 months of finding out about this company. Well out of 6 of those orders 4 of them had items I ordered that was out of stock and wasn’t later notified until 2-3 weeks until after purchasing. First two times was okay. No big deal, last time I just asked them to cancel to the entire order and refund me my money after being frustrated with them still not getting their inventory under control. After going back and forth with customer service they finally agreed to give me a refund instead of store credit. They was really pushing store but who would take store credit just to order more items and be told 3 weeks later it’s out of stock. Anyways 40+ days later and my order was cancelled and they still haven’t refunded me my money. And I been patiently waiting. Not saying anything not acting up. But they originally said it would take 30 days for a refund to be process. Never heard of 30 to process a refund. But okay? just lie to me again. That was on February 1st. March 11 still no refunds. Customer service stopped answering my emails. Emailed them 4 days after the 30 days was up. Because 30 days is more than enough time to process a refund. And my emails have gone unanswered. Just making people aware before you spend your money. They basically stole mine at this point. They might still yours.

The customer service is like no other. I had a slight issue with a pair, messaged customer service, they sent a return slip and my new pair came soon after. No questions, no..."let me check to see if we can accept your return"...just an, "OK here is a return slip, we'll take care of it".I read the product description so I was prepared for the wait time. I advise one to read it and be prepared but you won't be disappointed on arrival day.When I put on my Alpha Musa Black Onyx, I felt like I was floating. So soft and comfy. I've owned and tried on many pairs of shoes. Those didn't feel like these. I wear them on special occasions to treat my feet. Besides that they are fly AF.

First and foremost the shoes are 5 stars but I'm only rating the company at 4 stars because of the shipping time. In my last 2-3 transactions my shoes never arrived in a timely fashion( 3 weeks on 1 order). Maybe I just ordered at a time of high volume orders that and I'm not a very patient person. But when the shoes arrive I am completely 100% satisfied. When my next order comes in (pre-order also) I'll be about 15 pairs in. In less than 11 months so what does that tell you? Shoes are very stylish and comfortable and the value is crazy and looks like nothing else in my collection and I wear a size 15 and there's a lot to choose from and I'm not use to that. So with that in mind I highly recommend Rockdeep shoes just be a little more patient than me and like the ceo says "I guarantee you will not be disappointed ".

I now own several (okay, many) pairs of shoes from Rockdeep. I love Rockdeep's shoes because they are different - in appearance and feel - from anything else out there. They are so comfortable, and my various shoes are suitable for all sorts of activities . . . running, walking, hiking, driving, visiting friends, or just lounging around. The designs are great, too. I always get complimented on my shoes now. And when I've needed to contact the company with a question, they've always responded within three days and have been helpful and polite. I really feel like the customer comes first with Rockdeep, and I will continue to recommend them and to wear their shoes.
