I had a very frustrating experience at the pharmacy today. I arrived in the morning, but the pharmacy wasn’t open on time, so I had to leave and come back later. When I returned before closing time, there was a line, and I waited patiently. Despite being there before 8 PM, I was not served. Everyone else in line was helped, but when it was my turn, the pharmacist told me it was after 8 PM and refused to assist me, even though I had been waiting.
The line was moving very slowly because the staff seemed disorganized and inefficient. There’s always a wait, whether it’s picking up a prescription or even when I’ve sent in my medication request the day before. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location; they previously lost my medication on a separate occasion.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. I had been trying to get my medication all day and was treated unfairly. I expect better service and professionalism from Walgreens. I hope they take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future.

There’s a new-ish blonde checkout clerk at the pharmacy who is an idiot. Once forgot to tell me my Rx was only a partial refill. Then just didn’t even give me one of my prescriptions another time. Moving to a new pharmacy.

I definitely do wish the reviews were better for this Walgreens! Sure, the aisles are sometimes disorganized and there have also been moments where I've found open bottles of drinks that were from the fridges. However, the important part is that they always have what they need. They're never actually short on anything, and the customer service is always spot-on. The only incident I've had with an employee was about 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday and we got into a minor argument because they were trying to close up early and refused to allow me into the store.
Overall, it's average. But it always has the essentials.

Been using the pharmacy for years and it has gone way downhill. One look behind the counter and it just looks like an unorganized mess. The technicians can't find prescriptions they have filled. Some of them act entitled as put off. Just a real lackadaisical vibe I get from lack of follow-up or just acting like they care. Going there to pick up my prescriptions is more of a pain than the symptoms I suffer in the first place!

Pharmacy staff is disorganized and terrible at communication. After 3 attempts to pick up an RX on one day and getting it partially filled, we came back several days later to pick up the rest. They spent 15 minutes trying to figure out if it came in, finally found it, but then couldn’t give it to me because they had to call the insurance company and they wouldn’t do that until after lunch.

Tried to tell woman at checkout that I didn't like the credit card offer popping up.She laughed.I said it againShe laughed again and said " if only they would listen to us"I said " I expect you to relay my comment to the manager.She gave a dismissive wave, and walked off.Way to make me feel like my opinion mattered

Was here yesterday to get my covid-19 and flu shot with in 5 minutes I was done Sandia is the best, and Jessica and Tiffany are very nice and they all will check with me to see if I need my meds that's what you want in a pharmacy

Pharmacy is a joke. Waiting over a week on medication and call to only be told they don't know when they are getting it in and they can't send the prescription to another Walgreens bc of the kind of medications I need filled. Alexis said basically nothing they can do and they have no clue when they are getting in shipments. This is not right and customers deserve better than this! Shame on you Walgreens!

I wish it was possible to give them less than 1 star.Went to click some passport photos for my daughter the lady was not able to click a single photo after keep us waiting for 1 hour when i called them why they are keeping us waiting the manager came and said go click the photo somewhere else the worst experience

My main lady had some dry skin, so we went to Wally Greens. The laminate flooring set the ambiance of a gentle but firm place to get your needs met. The warm recessed lighting allowed me to see all of our items without me feeling clinical or on display. Overall, a relaxing experience.
