Abe at Rick’s Carpet was great. I went back several times while I was doing my research and he was always helpful. I bought both luxury vinyl flooring and carpeting from Rick’s. They are both beautiful. Was an easy experience.

Abe and Jessica were a absolutr pleasure to work with. Very professional and patient with me choosing what I really wanted.
The install crew arrived to my residence on time, worked efficiently and quickly, did not damage my furniture, and did a good job with my carpet installation. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again with my kitchen flooring.

Rick's did a great job installing new carpet in my basement. They really took their time and made sure everything was perfect. There is only one seam where it was absolutely necessary, and I can't see it at all. The carpet is really nice and well cushioned. Sales staff couldn't have been nicer!

We started out with a ceramic tile flooring project and after a fantastic experience we added several other home improvement projects including wallpaper removal, painting, installing a wet bar, reglazing a tub and tile and replacing an old window air conditioner with a great new window. Jessica and her team were absolutely wonderful. The communication was great and she was very helpful making certain design decisions. The quality of the work was great and everything was left clean and ready for use. I highly recommend Rick's for all your home improvement needs!

Extremely helpful staff and great prices! Ordered Pergo flooring for our entire main floor, staff helped me double check my plan, ensured I had all the right trim pieces and amount of flooring, even helped me load it when it arrived. Anyone thinking about a remodel should definitey consider Rick's. The crew is exceptional in their knowledge of work, cleanliness, and efficiency. And so polite. No one likes a remodel as it is happening, but this crew made it as painless as possible.Their sales manager, Jessica, is a pleasure to work with. Like the crew, she is most knowledgeable of the work required and how to schedule the job most efficiently. As with most remodels, there were a lot of moving parts in this job, and she handled every one efficiently and professionally. Even if our job wasn't her number one priority, she made us feel like it was.This is the third project I have hired Rick's to do and should the need arise, I'll hire them again.

We were dealing with a lot of unexpected delays yet they were so accommodating! From the smiling face as we walked in the store to the actual installation, our service was fantastic! Will definitely be using them again!
