Pure Barre Kingstowne is an awesome studio offering a fantastic, full-body workout. Inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga, it provides challenging yet gentle low-impact movements that are great for any fitness level and do not hurt joints. The studio features five different class formats: Classic for low-impact isometric movements, Empower for high-intensity intervals with small weights, Align for flexibility and balance, Define for muscle strength with heavier weights, and Reform for resistance and core work. Newcomers can start with a free Foundations class. The instructors are amazing, wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very nice and welcoming. They help with form to ensure you get the most out of every class and are available to answer questions. The atmosphere is supportive and empowering, fostering a great community and strong sense of belonging. It is a happy place and a positive mental health break. Members report incredible results including a toned body, stronger core, and significantly improved balance and flexibility. The facility is great with an awesome playlist. Pure Barre is not an easy workout, but you get better every time. It is an investment in yourself where you will definitely Lift, Tone, and Burn.
Went to my 1st free class. Really enjoyed it. Would recommend purred bare to people of any aga. They have a class for everyone.

Love the gym, classes, and atmosphere. It was so hard for me to exercise regularly. Now, I am going in at least 2 times a week. I'm very happy about that. Try it out.

PBK consists of a great community with great low-impact workouts that don't hurt my joints. It's definitely my happy place and is the mental health break I need from a crazy day at work. I always look forward to each and every class!
