Came in to rent a unit and mattress cover and the process was smooth and quick!! Shyann was a very big help she walked me to my unit and gave me all the information I needed. She truly is the best!

Moved in today. It’s not as nice as the Wheeler Ave. location - older, less parking, carts are locked up by the office. But this location works better for me now, and it’s perfectly fine otherwise, so I’m happy with it. The manager, Manny, was nice and helpful - handled three customers at once and came over to help get my unit open.

Yeah its just a storage facility where you just hold belongings that still doesn’t explain that whoever the property manager is, Malika, i think is sorta an issue i don’t know why they’re just paying this person thats the way part of this society is but you know what capitalism wise its a place of business and you can just take your money elsewhere??♂️ she probably doesn’t want to do too much that’s nobody’s else’s problem but her friends and family not the job she could do without the customer service and not talk to anybody but she chooses to. So in my opinion its not the best place to just hold your stuff if you have to be subjected to that kind of behavior. she probably wasn’t doing anything okay, well- she has the perfect job, she acts like shes a mover without the moving and she can just stay in the office but i lived and learned so heres my advice: avoid this place. I find it strange this place only replies back to the 5-star reviews

Property Manager Milka is a smart, beautiful representative for public storage who helped me out a lot with basic information that was hard for me to get anywhere else. Showed great customer service and concern.

Good: Facility is fairly clean, climate controlled, offers free dolly use during business hours, and friendly customer service in-person.Bad (short version): Was charged for 1 1/2 months of storage time when I occupied the unit for 11 days. I'm still awaiting the full refund (part of the charges were removed).Employee understanding of company policy is inconsistent and becomes the customers' problem. I rented 2 units - one temporary, one ongoing (still have it). Wanted the temporary unit for only 2 weeks, was told by local employee #1 that I had to pay for a full month at a time with no prorate available. About 2 weeks later I'm charged automatically for another full month for the temporary unit after telling them my planned move-out date. I was also told by customer service employee #2 that I could have indeed rented for 2 weeks, but just needed to pay for 1 month upfront then receive a refund. The unit was vacated after only 11 days. The charge for the additional month or so was removed after a couple of customer service phone calls, but another 5 calls (1 with an hour wait time) and 2 in-person visits later, I'm still without the refund for the 17 extra days that I had to pay in advance for. Something so minor should not be this difficult to fix.Update: Its been over 2 months and I am still without the refund, over 10 calls later with no other way to contact the company.
