This is the second area rug we've gotten from ProSource. They have the best prices around, several hundred dollars less than other carpet places. Kenny was very helpful in helping me find the carpet I was looking for as well as matching the binding. I look forward to working with him again on other projects.

Good customer service at the showroom, but the appointment process at the (Corporate level) wasn't great. The local store was extremely helpful and I would recommend it in the future.

Been here a few times, first to choose carpet for a basement reno, and then I went back to place my order for upstairs carpet as well. I returned 2 more times to change my mind after manufacturing delays unexpectedly slowed my renovation project down. Each visit was pleasant - very low pressure, lots of good information, friendly staff. Lauren and Kenny were especially helpful and patient as I changed my mind, and eventually my final order, more than once. Would definitely recommend!

ProSource made everything so easy! Reico recommended them for the flooring for my project. Judy walked me through the best options that fit my budget and let me take samples home so I could see how the color would look. The contractor was able to pick it up for me which saved me from having to coordinate when it came in. My new floor looks great! I'm very happy with ProSource and would use them again.

The last time I purchased tiles from a big retailer, they arrived and were actually very different from how they looked in the showroom. The contractor was already scheduled, so I had to go ahead and use them. This time around I was very nervous about choosing the wrong tile again. I'm glad I went to ProSource - Steve provided very professional service, put my fears at ease, and the tiles I ended up choosing are so beautiful and high quality - better than I expected!

I used this location a few times for flooring while slowing improving my home.The people were friendly and answer most of my questions. I wish they had asked/answered a few more question about my project and/or help me understand the right fit for what I wanted to do. I understand they are not contractors or designers but people that work with flooring all the time showed be able to help a little for project fit.I had a few issues with my orders but they were sorted out in the long run (cracked tile, wrong quantity, showroom display images not the same as delivered product).I ended up replacing the flooring I bought from this location with a product I bought online for cheaper. I also went with Home Depot for carpeting for the last phase of my project.I'm happy with were my home flooring is now, but it was a journey and I learned a lot for my next project.

ProSource is a TERRIFIC resource. I've done business with them for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Lauren and her team run a tight ship with a great eye for detail. They are timely and creative thinkers as well as excellent customer service people. When I tell the team what I'm looking to accomplish in my projects and where my initial thoughts are going, Lauren and the team are wonderfully helpful in recommending a variety of products to fit budget or aesthetic constraints. They lay out the pros and cons to each product as it relates to the project details, and I always learn something new. We work together to settle on the best options and it's such a great process - there's never doubt or confusion.Most of the time what they recommend and what I end up going with is much better than what I'd initially planned, and they cover all of the details from making sure t-strips and baby thresholds are included, to communicating with the installers how the project is evolving and how we may need adjustments from them and their quotes. ProSource is not just flooring - they have incredible tile selections as well. Unlike your average dealer, the ProSource people really know their products and open up new worlds of possibilities for your design needs. They think of everything.You don't know to look for what you don't know is out there, right? That's why I work with ProSource. Their selection is VAST and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're a designer in the area, or even if you aren't, you should not miss out on this gold mine.I will try to come back to this review adding some photos of my client space with ProSource products!
