I recently went in to get a new debit card after having an awful experience with debit card fraud, none of which was my fault. I had 2 forms of ID, including the now locked debit card that would need to be replaced. The consultant vetted me but not in the normal way one would, he asked me to provide the 6 digit PIN code from my phone which I’d opted to leave in my running car with my gf; barely assessed my Photo ID to see if it was me & even told me he wouldn’t serve me without the 6 digit code. The accusing glares by him were enough for me to file a complaint here as well. Awful experience & one I don’t ever need to experience again.

This place doesn’t answer the phone. I just tried to call this branch at the suggestion of the PNC Corporate Customer Care Center and when you select option #3 to speak to a representative it rings twice and then automatically hangs up on you.

I've been PNC customer for years! I never have any issues with this bank. I have done many transactions at Duke St branch and every time I had a wonderful experience. Fast and easy. I recently open for first time a business account and Mr. Noorani explain me everything. It was a very pleasant experience! He even found a mistake on my LLC and helped me to figure out the solution! It wa not part of his job but he helped me anyway and I was able to fixed it.I'm happy with the service.

Great branch, great customer service. I never wait when I visit them. Always in and out in less than 5 minutes. They’re very nice to people while also being professional, and the best thing in my opinion is they do it all with a smile. The only thing I wish was different was they had maybe one more teller to help costumers, but Alison took care of me and she was amazing, friendly and a joy to talk to !!!I will definitely come back to visit probably in the morning time when it’s less busy. Love this bank. Thanks for all your hard work :)

Pnc is a terrible bank in general and that is for sure, but this location never fails to disappoint people. The people that works their will go extra mile to make everything difficult. Thank God this is not my main bank. I just have it to withdraw money because they have a location near my house

Service members go to Navy Fed. This bank isn’t worth your time. And everyone else be cautious with what you’re signing up for. They make it sound like you need thing when you really don’t and ultimately will cost you more in the end. Ask questions and ready all the small print. And the company as a whole has terrible customer service.
