ATM access doesn’t work even with the swipe of your PNC card. Please get your door system to work properly when branch isn’t open.

Never stepping foot into this PNC branch again. I went to get a new card printed because of an unauthorized transaction. Usually at banks getting a card printed is quick, seamless, and the front tellers can do it. I don’t fault them for that at all though. The wait was 30+ min with 3 actual office tellers. 10 min into the wait 2 tellers were done with their customers and just decided to ignore the fact I’m sitting in the lobby to talk for another 20 minutes. I had to go up to them to actually get their attention. I am a veteran and just moving back home from San Diego. I changed my address with PNC to my new location but my ID still has my old address so I understand asking for another ID in which I gave them my military veteran ID. I also answered the initial account questions accurately. The teller then goes to get another teller and explain and now it feels like an interrogation room, asking me the same questions over and over again when I already answered the account information. While even on the phone with a PNC representative to clear the transaction (because it finally posted that day). Once the interrogation was over one of the tellers tries to make small talk about my time in the military and I tell her where I was and she asks if Afghanistan was fun. Why would you ask anyone that? Of course it’s not “fun”. I am just very disappointed and displeased with my experience at this branch and won’t be returning. Also thinking about leaving PNC as a whole

They changed their closing time to 5pm so now it’s wildly inconvenient to do personal banking here. Combine that with the useless routine calls trying to sell products while simultaneously locally restricting high yield savings accounts. Also the ATM was apparently out of cash.

This is a wonderful branch to do business with. I've been using this branch for 4 years now and have never had an issue! Vastly Impressed with the customer service, especially the branch manager Hadhami Ben Hamouda. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise she displayed. She made it known that she understood all my worries. She in an expert on advising anyone with their financial goals/concerns. She is considerate, exceptional, composed and highly reliable. I'm thankful PNC has someone like her. I seriously recommend this branch to anyone!

This review is to acknowledge and thank employee, Elarni Bautista. I met her only several weeks ago. Since that time she has been extremely helpful regarding my financial bank concerns. Elarni is also consistently pleasant and kind. I plan to continue my banking at this location due to her professional manner and expert assistance. Additionally, I will add that Hadhami Ben Hamouda has always been professional with me in the past. She shared banking advise that I utilized to my advantage. Our conversations were always pleasant as well.

Hadhami Ben Hamouda was rude, patronizing, antagonizing, arrogant and extremely inconsiderate. She should not be in a direct to customer service position, and she most certainly should not be the branch manager of an institution that wants to retain banking customers. Horrendous experience interfacing with her about a relatively routine banking issue.

Wonderful experience. After calling several other branches with no success, Seble was able to assist me on a Saturday afternoon. Entire experience was positive and efficient. Seble was kind, professional and answered any questions that I had about the process. Extremely satisfied with my experience at this branch and Seble.

PNC Would not accept responsibility for a fault that was made on their part. I was given $841 from a joint account. Since I was unaware of a "fake hundred dollar bill" in the stack and left that said banking establishment, I could not exchange it back. I was told my manager that they do inspect their monies. Obviously this happens but they hate to admit fault.I am very upset at this bank. I do not have much and it continues to do me wrong. I will have to put my monies into a different banking establishment. Also, I did not receive any emails or text/notice of any kind of PNC banks going cashless.

Wanted to withdraw some cash from my account. Was told by a teller that a supervisor put a limit on how much a customer could withdraw, so they could not help me. (The limit was a low $ amount.) You’re reading it right - I could not withdraw my own money!Like a ‘Karen’ :-) I had to ask if a supervisor would make and exception because I needed funds that morning. Was told that supervisor was not available. The teller apologized although she personally didn’t do anything wrong. This whole situation was extremely inconvenient for my plans, and awkward for everyone involved. Not only did I waste my time, but I also left with a feeling that this bank does not have my trust anymore.

I didn't actually go in for any banking. My daughter and I walked in because 5-year-olds always have to use the bathroom at the most inopportune moment lol. We saw that the restrooms were labeled "employee only" and the young man on staff went out of his way to help us. He asked no prying questions, finished up with a client, came from behind the counter and walked us down the hall to unlock their bathroom. He kindly said goodbye when we left. It may sound small but anytime you run with a child inside a building looking for a bathroom you, you feel self conscious. He had no idea that I've been banking with PNC for over 13 years. To me that's more than great customer service, that's just human kindness. Thank you!!

I've dealt with PNC Bank for several years now and have been universally satisfied. Unfortunately, my experience with this branch was far from satisfactory. In going through the process of closing an account for my deceased mother I dealt, on three different occasions, with three different people, none of whom appeared to be even vaguely familiar with the process causing me to have to start from the beginning each time I visited. On my third visit I finally was able to close the account, but was given a cashiers check for the account balance that was apparently uncashable and could not be deposited. The branch manager, Isaack was not helpful. I would avoid this branch of PNC for anything other than the most routine transactions.

My business banks with PNC and I absolutely love this branch. Every person I have worked with is insanely kind, calls me by name, and incredibly efficient. I especially love working with Rahel. But they are all wonderful! I bring them about two weeks of deposits with each visit and even though it's a big load to drop at once, they have always been so willing and kind. Thanks for all of your hard work and delightful attitudes! I always leave in better spirits!

I had a very uncommon issue so when i couldn't resolve it on the internet, I walked over to this branch. There were three people working and they all three became involved with the issue. One of them, Matthew, looked up the account and then started talking to PNC support. It took him several phone calls but not because of him.
I walked out of the branch with my problem resolved. It doesn't get any better than that!!
THANK YOU.
