The planet fitness at the Sacramento Center is awesome it's close to where I live and the hours are perfect it's never crowded very clean and plenty of space and gym equipment the staff is very helpful and friendly I like the music they play as well

I come every day after work, there's lots of open space and it's very clean. There's plenty of equipment to use and I never feel intimidated by my lack of knowledge of them. I honestly love coming to decompress after work and it's done great for my mental health. Highly recommend! Not to mention it's by some other shops which is always nice

Everything seems fine to me. Only lately a person who is personal training because it occupies the entire space of "functional training" and does not give space to go do some of their training. She occupies almost everything. And it's all the time from 7 PM onwards and then the ones we get after our work don't happen. If you could fix , local planet fitness telegraph. Thank you.

One of the bosses that’s name Mo he is the black gentlemen I walked in with my membership, signed and scanned with my phone. Then he asked for my name and my ID. I quickly asked him for his badge number ticking like he was a cop and then he came around and asked for my ID again I have never heard of a gym asking for ID after you already signed in into your membership he then told me that this is his store and use ugly language and told me he was gonna beat me up out of the If I don’t get out, I have it all on recording. Then he went ahead and push me and then I asked one of the other workers to help me understand what’s going on. not to put them involved and she was a younger lady working there as well very unprofessional and this guy shouldn’t be working at this planet fitness gym. I also found out that they got multiple complaints from the same manager after that he told me because I am a white little boy. very racist, gym and I would not recommend going to just planet fitness on hayfield ever again

Availability, variety and condition of equipment. Always friendly and helpful staff. Convenience and accessibility to where I live. Overall welcoming atmosphere of the facility.

Loving Planet Fitness. The PF in Hayfield Shopping Center is great. It’s clean, there’s a lot of equipment and it’s not overly crowded.
