We were staying at National Harbour and looking for something interesting to do and found Pedego Alexandria. We have bikes (pedal) at home and thought the idea would be fun to try an EV bike. Booked on line and setup the ride. We came over on time as booked and met Todd, he was very through in his explanations and set us going on our adventure. We rode from Alexandria south to Mount Vernon and then all the way north to Roosevelt Island and then back to the shop in Alexandria. A great ride, bikes performed great, a good comfortable ride (albeit trail bumpy in parts) on the trail and had a blast. If back in area again will do and have all ready recommended to people we know in the area.

Toured the monuments of DC on the e-bike tour. Wow!
Todd was super understanding, informative and helpful. Bikes are in excellent condition and you can tell he takes pride in their condition.

We arranged an online rental of 2 E-bikes with passenger seats for a 4 hour trip to Mount Vernon through Pedego for an autumn Monday. When we arrived, Todd, the owner let us know one of the bikes we had booked was in need of repairs from a hard ride the day before so he gave us a free upgrade to a tandem bike that worked great for us. He was very thorough in explaining how to use the bikes since it was our first time using E-bikes. He got us up and riding and we had a blast. The bikes worked perfectly. Plenty of power! The trail was stunning. We arrived at Mount Vernon and Todd texted us our entry tickets which also included the mansion tour. Our kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt that the ticketing clerk told us about and they earned stuffed animals for completing the activity, which they thought was awesome. We hopped back on the bikes for the ride back. The bike batteries were only one bar down after we returned the bikes with 2hours of riding. Todd also allowed us extra time in returning the bikes to get plenty of time touring Mount Vernon. Was definitely the highlight of our trip to DC.

I love being a tourist in Alexandria because of business like this! We started a family meetup there for bike rental to the Capital. It’s the highlight of the trip as everyone has a great time. The Equipment is all flawless and easy to use. The customer service could not be better. Just a great way to all be together outside.
