Excellent customer service. The staffing here is superb! Friendly shopping and fitting help, no rushing or pressure into purchasing anything. I felt a genuine wish from the staff to find the garments to suit my needs and wants. The store itself is well stocked up in all sizes and colors. The layout is good, and there is plenty of space. The prices are good for the quality and service provided. Highly recommend this store.

Luce (shortened for Lucey, sp?) was immensely helpful at the Old Town store. Looking only to repair one of my favorite jackets after a decade of use, your sales team honored a lifetime warranty and found a suitable replacement, free of charge. I cannot thank you enough.

The lady in the store was nice even tho we didn't make a purchase. My son and I were just passing time waiting for my wife a daughter to finish at other stores. Also, I support Patagonia environmental goals. Great store!

I stopped into Patagonia this afternoon while I was in Old Town. Miranda (sp?) was the person who was helping me out. Miranda was very nice and very knowledgeable about the store's products. Miranda was able to identify a pair of pants and a pair of shorts that the Old Town location didn't have in stock but that I should be able to find at the Georgetown location. Thank you for the help, Miranda!

Nick was AWESOME!Nick should be an employee of the month! I came in and said: "I am going to hike in Iceland and I have nothing!".Nick helped from start to finish to pick everything I needed, by being proactive and selecting the pieces ahead of time, in problem-solving my last-minute problems, and Nick also understood when the bill was too expensive and I had to remove items (Nick also helped my decision-making process), and on top of all, everyone at the store was very sweet and kind to my dog Ziggy.Great experience! Thank you Nick for being customer obsessed!

Went shopping with the wife and dog. They immediately welcomed us in with the dog and asked us if we needed help. They have an awesome little stand to repair your clothes if you bring them in and they have restrooms for paying customers that are very clean.
