I've used Passport Nissan Service and Parts across multiple Nissans and I'm a happy customer so far. Service advisors here never push unnecessary repairs and services. This isn't just for me but other customers as well. I know this because you can listen to the service advisors talking to other customers in the waiting lounge and it's the same. They'll honestly tell you what needs to be done immediately vs. what can be held off for later. Obviously, they're expensive because it's a dealership but they don't make up lies to scare you into doing repairs like some other shops a few doors down, W**G*L ---cough cough---. Every single service advisor I've worked with has been a joy. Keep it up Passport! Maybe one day I'll buy a new Nissan from them as well, who knows!

Initially I had a disappointing encounter with Passport Nissan. In my opinion, the service and especially the customer service was subpar. However, the Service Manager, Walter Moxham, was professional and courteous in working with me to make sure the issue was resolved. No business will always provide the best service - the question is, will they work to make things right? At Passport Nissan, Walter Moxham did just that.

I recently visited Passport Nissan of Alexandria for my 2013 Nissan Altima's annual maintenance and necessary repairs, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Wasi and his manager, Walter, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth and satisfying experience.They guided me in selecting the most appropriate and essential maintenance services for my car while keeping the pricing reasonable, without compromising on the quality of their work. What's more, I was provided with a loaner vehicle at no extra charge, which was a great convenience. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on the progress of my car, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.Their honesty and respectful demeanor truly set them apart. This level of professionalism and care has solidified my loyalty to Passport Nissan of Alexandria. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive services.

I bought a used car from here that needs over $15K in repairs. To include but not limited to the following: AN OIL CHANGE, front brakes replaced, back brakes replaced, transmission flush & fill, etc.This was my first used car experience and I chose Nissan Passport as they appeared to be a reputable company but they aren't. After speaking with the Executive Manager, I was told that they would offer repairs at a discount.....shouldn't they have made these repairs before they posted the vehicle for sale?As a Single Mother, when my son is old enough to drive, TRUST me, I will NOT take him to Nissan Passport of Alexandria. Clearly they are in the business of taking advantage of their customers.

Filled for a recall and I was told that they will contact me and it's been over a year that I did not receive any infos about the recall. And when I tried to contact them and ask about it the guy simply hang up on me the minute I finish my question about it. What a professionalism. Just THE WORST. Forgot to mention the long wait for a simple oil change that can take your whole morning!!!! Also they pushing you to get their services with a crazy pricing and they won't stop till you tell them actually to stop.

Wow definitely learned my lesson. Saying I’m disappointed is an understatement. I drive over an hour to go here, my first few times coming were great as I worked with Ashleigh and she was honestly amazing and went above and beyond to help when the others refused including the manager. Every time I come here there telling me something different that needs to be done, one month you’ll come in for something and they give you a list of work and the following month they give you a list of something else as if the other months problem magically dissapeared. My past few visits have been terrible, and I’m waiting for them to call me back after they said they would. I’ve ignored the oily marks on my mirrors, steering wheel and door handles after getting service done here, but yesterday was my last straw. After confirming multiple times that my car would be washed and lightly vacuumed after service, it wasn’t done. I even went back in and told them “hey it looks like it hasn’t been done” and was told the people that do it left. ( this is not the first time this has happened to me) they confirmed over the phone and even in person but once I walk to my car I could tell it wasn’t done properly or done at all only to walk back in and get the same response. I didn’t appreciate them leaving the dirty paper in my car and sloppily putting the sticker on my windows. You could tell they were in a rush and honestly I’m doubting if the oil change and tire rotation that brought me here in the first place was even done correctly. Also I asked about my car brakes and the people at the counter were scrambling through the papers only to see that it was not included in the report ( multi inspection report they do every time you get service done) they tried calling the tech who worked on my car who didn’t answer, and told me they would call me back the next day in which they didn’t. \u0026 the icing on the cake of this whole situation is the brand new scratches on the front of my car! It’s sad to bring your car to people you think would take care of it only to end up like this.

My experience there from start to finish was exceptional. All members of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Tony C. in Service. Everyone seems to go above and beyond. Wonderful customer service! The area is clean and tidy, too! I definitely recommend Passport Nissan for service and they are definitely at the top of my list when needing repairs.

Excellent customer service. Our salesman Cristopher Benez did a great job discussing different options that we had. He did all the paperwork efficiently. Good manner and professionalism. We felt we got great value: good price the car we bought and great car we traded in. Highly recommend Passport Nissan and Cristopher Benez as your salesman.

The folks at Nissan Alexandria are top notch professionals and the experience they provide was above and beyond. Our sales associate, Mary, was more helpful than I've ever encountered at a car dealership. She talked us through multiple models and multiple options to ensure we were getting the best deal for our best choice of vehicle. Nettra, the Sales Manager, worked with us to make sure the deal was done. Ryan, in finance, made the process so seamless, that I wasn't sure we had accomplished everything. A very warm and comfortable place. More than attentive associates; they made no difference whether you buy a new car or a used one. I was treated politely and courteously, all my questions were answered in detail. The registration of my vehicle was also taken over completely and as a matter of course. My main point of contact was Mr Mulu and I was very content with his work. I can warmly recommend this dealer.
