From the start Brian was excellent to both my kids and I. He was very helpful and respectful every step of the way. I would definitely recommend asking for Brian when you go here! Thank you again.

I wasn't going to leave a review because I never bought a car there. This review however is because of Ourisman's constant badgering after I didn't buy the car. I saw a car that interested me and made an appointment to see it. After researching the dealership and seeing all the one star reviews, I politely cancelled my appointment and I transparently told them why. If they had just left me alone, I wouldn't be writing this review, however, after I cancelled my appointment, Ourisman has emailed me and or called me over a dozen times to insist that I keep my appointment and told me the bad reviews were not about their sales but about their old service manager. Their Sr Management (director level) threw the old service manager under the bus about all the one star ratings. This is harassment and the reason for my review

It's a the worst car salon in Alexandria! Ling, dishonest people work here! You agree on the purchase of a car, you arrive 50 miles away, and the car is not brand new!

HORRIBLE service department, do yourself a favor and don't go there. The next engine light came on and they charged $200 ( after taxes) just to do the diagnostic check. They email me the report and tell me all these things I need to do to the engine and that my battery. The battery and the wiring had corrosion but was under 2 years old. Called them and get them to admit the only real issue is the battery. So I go to the place where I got my battery from and they properly clean it. Turns out a piece next to the wiring had broken that connects the engine to the battery. All fixed for $90. Never going back to ourisman again. It used to have a decent service department but not anymore.

This review is not out of spite just my experience and my review. 43 days w/o my car. 0 stars. If I could give negative stars I would.THE SERVICE DEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. The job was eventually done after 43 days. I have no issues with the mechanics as they did a fine job. I needed some major repairs on my 2019 Expedition- it's only 4 YEARS OLD - which is mind blowing in itself. I was promised phone calls, promised updates on my vehicle, There was 2 times that she did call me. I had to make the calls to her to get ANY information. The CS rep said "A couple of days"- which was really a week that they had the car when I called bc it was more than a couple of days, she told me they hadn't even looked at the car yet! WHY?! She couldn't give me an answer but gave me attitude. We gave the ok to fix the car at the time of drop off. WHY has nothing been done. I had brake issues that did not include needs of my extended warranty. Why wait weeks to just hold onto my car to do nothing?Early on in this ridiculous journey, my extended warranty rep would call me and ask if I have spoken to the Ford CS rep! She would ignore their calls, and emails. I had to call her while I was on the phone with the EW Rep via speaker so that she could hear him say, "CALL ME!" (I should send a bill to Ourisman for my services that I had to provide in light of who they are paying to do nothing. I was doing her job!) The EW rep even told me that he could have been there weeks before she ever initially reached out to him. Because of this I tried to reach out to management via the other horrific reviews I found on YELP & Google, I called, got my rep and she said, "I am the manager." I asked for Chuck Jackowski - per what the reply were from other reviews with the same phone number for the Service Dept. Never spoke to him. (Not surprised). She was always rude when we spoke, argued and was so rude to my husband, disrespectful calling him my "boyfriend" or calling him by another name to where he refused to speak to her anymore bc she was absolutely unwilling to talk kindly or respectfully. My CS rep would even pawn me off onto another girl and finally I was able to talk to a manager, who told me all the things I wanted to hear. That "communication was key". I was promised a phone call from her personally, and my car would be ready in 3-4 days. I never got a call, so I called. The rep said it was ready but I can't pick up the car b/c of paperwork. I decided to just go down there, and get my car back b/c at that point I felt I would never get it back. So I did. I had to call the EW people to make sure she sent the papers over. Funny, they had never received anything. After I complained again in person to the manager I spoke to all the sudden the paperwork comes through for the EW payment and I have my keys and I drive off the lot NEVER TO RETURN EVER AGAIN. I understand the service dept is busy. BUT IF YOU WERE TO COMMUNICATE IN A POLITE WAY this review would have been short and sweet. It was clear to me and my experience that no one really is wanting to do their job, I felt as if I was lied to. There were SOME moments where she was great. But when it got to where she would say she would do something -she wouldn't do it. If you say, "I am going to call you on Friday morning" and Wednesday next week shows up and nothing! What do you expect me to think? I am a VERY understanding person. I get parts take awhile, I get you are busy. It doesn't take much to make a customer feel like you value them and their business. I get understand the repairs I needed would be awhile. BUT it didn't have to be that long. They dropped the ball on me. Im new to the area, we are a military family - We know no one and the fact that its not like I can get help bc of access to the base. I have been without a car for a month and a week! NO hope or help in sight. I had to wait to write a review in fear that they would just keep the car! My fellow military - DO NOT COME HER

About two weeks ago I went into this dealership to purchase an Expedition. I can say everyone was friendly, polite and shared great customer service. Unfortunately, it was a front and they were not genuine. After the purchase I have discovered this dealership sold me a vehicle $4,000 over appraisal per the CarFax report that I had to purchase myself. I brought the matter up to the general manager, Lee, however he did absolutely nothing about it. He said it should've been spotted at time of purchase. Pretty much what he said was you caught us too late. We are in the business of ripping people off. I am honestly really upset, bc I never got the vibe that they were dishonest people. BUT, lesson learned!!! Thank you Ourisman for showing your true colors. I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company to ANYONE. Especially my fellow military families. Stay away and go somewhere else.

zero out of five, if I could've picked it. I have used Oursman Lincoln often on for eight years, they were right by my house, and it would be so convenient if they had a clue. Their service section is deplorable, unfriendly, unhelpful, and just annoyed that you were looking for help. At least four times for routine maintenance, I had to wait for two days to get my car back. I also had to wait for 2 to 3 hours for a courtesy van to take me to work. Today was the last straw, I waited for 10 hours to get a friggin oil change that I dropped off at 7:30 this morning and showed up to pick up my car at four and the keys never left the counter that I dropped off that morning. I'm done!

Marcus was great to deal with. He has a great sense of humor and our easy back and forth set the stage for a good experience at the dealership… and car dealerships are usually not my favorite venues. Who would not like dealing with Marcus?

Writing this on behalf of my husband's experience with the service department. We recently relocated to VA from MI and needed to find a Lincoln Dealership for my husband's car (Oil changes/warranty work, etc). Let me start with the fact that my husband buys Lincoln for the service (I come from a Ford family and this is the closest I can get him to a Ford, lol). Our MI Lincoln dealership is outstanding, and we assumed that level of service would be consistent through the brand. We were sadly mistaken. He had made AN APPOINTMENT 2.5 weeks prior for an oil change only to be left waiting over 2.5 hours (after he inquired about what was taking so long and they scolded him for not saying he was waiting-when they had directed him to the lounge to wait). Trey was especially rude. It takes a LOT to upset my husband and he was livid about the way this dealership talked to and treated him. He called Lincoln to find another dealership to work through in the future. I hate giving bad reviews but this dealership earned one.

I had a great experience when I purchased my Mustang Mach-e from Ourisman Ford in 2022. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the service department. My brand new Mustang Mach-e was at the service center at Ourisman Ford for over 6 weeks to fix the blind spot/cross traffic detectors that were not working properly. I was not given a timeframe to repair these issues but was told someone would call me. I assumed it might take a few days. Given that other vehicles have these features, too, I never imagined that my car would still not be repaired over 6 weeks later.During the entire six weeks my car was in for repairs, no one called me from the service department. Several times that I called, I was told my service consultant was unavailable and would have to call me back. Alternatively, I was sent to voicemail to leave a message with the parts department. No one returned my calls to provide me an update. To say the customer service was abysmal would be an understatement. The few times I have received updates, I received vague explanations of the delay, including that they had to wait on delivery a new module for the blind spot detectors. I was given this excuse at least twice (several weeks apart) so I was given the impression that this part has been ordered multiple times. Later, I was told the technician was experiencing issues with programming the new module. I was given no assurances as to when it would be repaired. Finally, after emailing the General Manager of Ourisman, speaking with the service manager, Chris, and calling Ford corporate on a Thursday, Ford corporate assigned someone to assist Ourisman Ford with the programming issue. I received a call on the next Monday saying the vehicle was repaired and just needed to be washed. To my horror, when I went to pick it up several hours after receiving this call, my car was pulled around for me, it was covered in bird droppings and pollen. When I said that it was unacceptable to return it to me in such condition, I was told it had been washed on Friday when it was finished (sadly, no one contacted me on Friday or Saturday) and was told it had been parked under a tree for the next several days before the service manager, Chris, called me to pick it up. At my request that it be rewashed, they proceeded to give my car the fastest car wash possible, essentially rinsing it off but not well enough to remove the pollen from the windows, and did not even attempt to dry it. By the time I got home, my car was covered in water spots in addition to the pollen they left on the vehicle. After such a long delay to repair my brand new vehicle, washing my car as promised was the least they could do for me and yet Ourisman still failed to deliver. I don't plan to return for future service and will be visiting another Ford dealership.

Dealer phone representative said manager would contact me back regarding an employee using the shuttle that was screaming his head off at me when I merged into his lane with plenty of space. They did not contact me back. Very troubling!!!Edit: They said they would call me a few days ago in response to review but didn’t.

Mike Powers and Armin Bojku were great salesmen to work with! Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from them as they are very professional and helpful. Both Mike and Armin took plenty of time to explain the various options for ordering the Bronco and were able to change my order based on their recommendations and in depth insight of the vehicles. If you're in the market for a Bronco - go to Mike and Armin!
