Every time I go to this store the employees are very nice and helpful. I never see them get discouraged with any of their customers or with me when I ask a lot of questions. There is a wide variety of products sold here, and I could be in this store forever, just looking around.

Old Town Ace Hardware has a surprisingly large inventory. The store is expansive, but it has an intimate neighborhood feel. The staff are reliably helpful and friendly. There’s easy pickup in the alley for things like mulch. I highly recommend this place.

I'm very satisfied with the Ace Hardware Store in Alexandria,VA. I needed to purchase plumbing supplies and have keys made. The associate was very friendly and quickly assisted me. I recommend shopping at this store.
