“Tom at K&B is a true gentleman and I hope he never retires because I would cry.
I brought my car to him for a tune up and mentioned that it’s my first and I’m not much of a car expert, but I sure would like to know how to keep her running, and he explained everything in easy-to-understand detail.
The pricing was very reasonable and Tom was very transparent about what needed done, even gave me a to-do list of things that will need service in the future, again with an easy-to-understand explanation as to why.
As a last note, Tom’s just a super friendly guy and always answers the phone with a great attitude!”
“I had the brakes replaced, the oil changed, and all fluids changed out on my truck. Pricing was very fair, and the service was prompt. Scott Phillips was the service manager that I dealt with, and he is a professional. Scott went over every aspect of the service recommendations made by the mechanic and differentiated between necessary and unnecessary. The lobby is clean, and the shop looks well-organized. No need to go to those hack shops along Route 1!”

They’re good, which means they can be busy! Their waiting area is small but clean. I always appreciate how they’ll walk you into the garage to show you both what they found (usually regarding tire integrity) and when the work is complete. I’m a return customer for a reason!”
“10/10 definitely recommend, i was out in 3 hours! I called late in the day and the owner answered. I told him I wasn't sure if it was my starter but I believed so, he told me to drop it off in the morning. He wasn't the only mechanic I called but because he was so nice I dropped it off the next morning. He confirmed it was my starter and started working on the car immediately. They even checked other things on my car while I was there. Very reasonably priced, I was out quick!”

“I was visiting my daughter in El Del Ray neighborhood when the power steering wheel stopped working. My car was towed to Del Ray Service center where the technician ran a diagnostics test. The staff was very honest and I was advised to take it to a Ford Service Center to get it fixed. They went the extra mile and printed details of a recall Ford made about the power steering. Unfortunately, Ford did not honor it. The staff at this shop are honest and I'm very thankful, that even though they were not able to fix the issue, they were dud their best to help me.”
