I agree with other reviews saying this team is exceptional. The folks in the printing department are kind, professional, and truly have gone above and beyond to support our orders in the past. I've used this location numerous times and they have only exceeded my expectations with each order (early delivery, perfectly packaged, communication is top notch). This level of service is rare today; hats off to the team at this location, we appreciate you.

Had a great experience at this Office Depot today, when Ben went out of his way to help me with a printing order, gave advice on paper type, and waited patiently while I made sure the print fit into the frame I had bought for it. Thanks again!

I wish I could give no stars, the customer service gets worse every year. The staff is too busy to help a client and they are rude about it. I will never give them my business again.

An associate couldn't have been kinder, more patient and helpful. He checked the shelves to see if the store had what a I needed, didn’t find it, so went the next step and checked the storeroom, where he found it. He remained polite throughout the time it took. I am extremely grateful for his help.

I couldn’t rave more about my experience at the print center. Nicholas was fantastic. I’m in town for a trade show at the Gaylord and our display monitor got destroyed in transit. Of course nothing that would work in the area to replace today. I went to this store to have a poster board made with the info we absolutely needed to show.
Nicholas helped me design it on the fly and was super patient and professional with me. Product turned out better than I imagined. Expectations exceeded. I was also able to get extra business cards printed. Received everything same day, actually within an hour. Thankfully a slow Sunday afternoon at the store. Thank you Nicholas!!!

Easy great service here. I came to mail documents and Amy was very friendly and helpful. Mike got me double the value on some printer paper and made it worth signing up for rewards. Awesome folks lovely store.

If one of your two self service copier/printers is down completely, there is a line of five people waiting to print, the store closes in 40 minutes, couldn't one of the four people working there help print some of the documents behind the counter? Only two other customers in the entire store. .Customer service - not a priority. A shame. This used to be one of my favorite store.

Office Depot's employees are professional, helpful and curteous.Today I mostly appreciated SALIH, a kind and very attentive man. He opened a second check-out line to effectively clear the customers in the row to checkout.

I had numerous pages to copy from a book and a magazine. The staff was wonderful! They assisted me with my task. I couldn't have done it without them! Very pleased!

The store refused to let me return an item I bought online that arrived damaged, even though I contacted their customer support first and they said I could. Contacting their customer service after that has been nothing but a pain. Office Depot's customer service has significantly gone down hill. They literally ghosted me. After being a loyal customer for 20+ years, I will no longer shop there and will only shop at Staples. Amazon, Macys, Home Depot, and many other stores have a much easier return policy especially for items that arrived damaged. Shame on Office Depot for their poor behavior and unprofessionalism.

I went into Home Depot a few minutes before 7:30 - not realizing they closed the Fedex portion at 7:30. The manger was extremely helpful with finding me the right box that fit the equipment I was sending, wrapping and taping it up for me. He went above and beyond- cheerfully, which inspired this review. If there are more people like this in the world- there is hope for humanity yet.
