This is the worst place I have ever been. Very poor services with terrible delays. A tire replacement took me one and half days destroying all my vacation plans. At the end they charged me too much $$ without prior confirmation. I never recommend you guys to go to this place

Everyone at NTB was helpful, careful, and did a fine job. Michael P. was the man at the counter. He explained a lot of things about my car tires (I bought two new tires). It was done in a reasonable amount of time. I felt confidence in the work they did: there wasn't pushing for more than I needed and they said they'd have told me if more was necessary.
It's a clean place with stores nearby if it's a long wait! The new tires seem fine so far.
Also they put my temporary spare back better than it had been in before. It's an established company with a good reputation. It seems like a good place!

Had my car towed here for a battery/alternator issue. Was told it was the battery. Turns out it was the alternator and my car broke down 500 ft from the shop. It was "off of property" so they couldn't help me. Had it towed to A & S Automotive where I received great service and a reasonable price.
