Super great / quick experience… Doctor got me in a few minutes early, took my vitals, asked me questions on why I was visiting and everything went super smoothly. When I can’t get in with my primary care doctor they will be my go to for day to day stuff.

The doctors and nurses are fine, but the management of this place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN HRA. They literally take over 9 months to submit a claim. I've scheduled a telehealth appointment only for no one to call me back, I've gotten a bill for hundreds of dollars a year after my initial appointment, and they say they are closed on Saturdays on Google but when I walked by they were open. Most incompetent management

My husband and I had the same medical issue and were able to make an appointment the same day with an immediate call to complete the check in questions and symptoms review (we had a great experience with the assistant that took the info). We were taken back together within minutes of arriving at the facility and treated immediately. Without a doubt, the most efficient and pleasant medical appointment ever!

Doctor seems decent, but the call center they use for appointments is truly terrible. Can barely understand them and they can't understand you either. Had my information taken incorrectly because of english comprehension issues.
