Honest and professional- i tool my SUV for wheel balancing but the technician checked my car tires and gave me a honest response that I need to replace the tire . I really appreciate there honesty

The service here was very impressive. When I arrived it was very easy to find the inspection service. After I pulled my car up to the line, I was greeted by a one of the reps that worked there. He was very polite and patient while I removed my child from the car and gathered my belongings. I was so happy to see that he was wearing a mask, so I felt very safe from COVID exposure which is a plus in my book. If you're looking for a place to get your car inspected this is the place. I hope Tahir is there when you arrived because he really played a huge impact in my great experience. Stay COVID Free!!!!

The service was phenomenal and the work was spectacular! The management staff is also very friendly and made sure we were all taken care of and he followed up. Definitely will continue to take my vehicle here in the future.

I’ve been there waited more then an hour and the line is under sun, I had stay in the car and way too long. They wasted my time. Still no body do inspection for me. That’s terrible!!!! Never come back again!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment and they turned me away. Said to come back 5 days later. I came back and they turned me away again. By the way, they do not care that they are wasting your time in the process. Terrible service and I will never come back.

Had the WORST customer service experiance there! Went there for inspection on a wednesday they told me i had to replace something then come back the next day to complete it. And i did. I came back on thursday afternoon during normal buisness hours. Was told that they guy who does the insection has to leave! And i have to come back the next day!!! So he WAS there he just didnt want to complete his job! I asked for a refund since the work was not complete they refused! Saying they will finish it i just need to come back the next day! As if i have nothing else to do other than leave my work everyday to go there! Just for a simple safty inspection!!! Horrible service horrible attitude!
