Very disappointed with my experience with National Capital Flag. There is no description of the width/diameter of a particular flag pole I bought (the one I purchase is 3/4″, I was looking for a 6’x1″ pole). I attempted to return the item immediately after receiving it and the customer service representative told me that I would have to ship it back to them at my own cost, they would not email me a return label. The cost of return shipping is $45.00 and the item itself cost far less than that. Will never buy anything from this company again, and will enthusiastically dissuade any person or company from purchasing from them in the future.

I ordered several graveyard flags from Shannon at National Capital Flag. She was so nice, easy to work with and the flags were shipped promptly to us.

Bummed they have Space Force flags but won't sell them to members of the Space Force. My husband wanted a flag to display in front of our house but no one has them in stock. This was the only place that has them but they wouldn't sell one to us.

Imagine it is the Friday of a three-day weekend and you need three American flags... and then factor in that it is MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. If you think "oh, that sounds like starting Christmas shopping on December 24th", you would be correct. Our business realized we needed these and needed them ASAP. A quick call to National Capital Flag led to a nice chat with Shannon, she held three for me, and off I went. Pulled up right in front, ran in and they were ready at the counter. A nice man (Al?) answered an additional question I had, and off I went with the flags. They have everything you could possibly need, pick-up in Alexandria or they can ship it to you.
