Customer service was phenomenal! Everyone is so informed about optometry, they get you exactly what you need, and it’s just a joy every time I come in.

Buy an expensive pair of luxury glasses/sunglasses and they are always "out of the case." Instead you receive a generic cheap case. Part of the luxury experience is having a nice case. If you are not going to provide it then reduce your price.
