For the 2nd time, I've had to wait or been told that my wait would be 45+ minutes before being seen by the Dr. This is unacceptable and inconsiderate of patients time. I asked the receptionist why are appointments scheduled without a proper grace period. She stated it was brought to the Dr's attention and nothing has changed.
