Hi there, I have been your customer for a long time. The poeple who is working there are very kind and respectful. However, I am really upseted by the person who is at the checking point. I have vip membership in your car wash with outopayment plan on 22nd of every month. But on August 14, 2024 he asked me to pay with my credit card by saying to me that your membership is expired. Even if I was not sure about that I gave him my credit card and he charged me on that day again. However, after I left the car wash, I checked my bank account and I found out that you charged me from autopayment on July 22 and my creditcard because the autolayment was active. I tried to ask him why he charged me on August 14 again while my autopayment is still active. This person doesn't know what he is doing. When I tried to explain what is happning he didn't want even litsen for a second. He is very arrogant and disrespectful. I gave him all my information with the paper format that he gave to fill the information. But I am not sure that he can fix it for me. Can you check him and fix it for me please?

I paid for the all exterior and interior clean (most expensive one). My interior was barely touched, vacuum job was rushed, my doors (inside) still dirty, dash still dirty, center console still dirty. Don’t waste your money on the full interior they do the same job for the cheaper one. Extremely disappointed that I have to still clean my interior after paying that much.
