“Jake was amazing! When my realtor mentioned 15 day closing, I was like "Sure" (very sarcastically). But whenever Jake told me what he needed I got it for him and it was posted very quickly.

15 days was a bit of a stretch. But oh no it wasn't. Jake told me I was his second fastest close at SIX days (from the time of ratification to the time of closing).

It was such a pleasure meeting him and working with him. Previously I had been asked time and again for the same documentation; not with Jake. One and done each and every time. I filed an extension for 2023 taxes and that didn't even cause a bump in the road. I had some employment gaps. Again those were resolved very easily. Jake told me what to expect with each of these hiccups and we sailed right through them.

And, I have never been a fan of the escrow process. The whole thing is just too vague and the numbers "game" they play to make sure the bank doesn't miss out on a penny is too obscure. I had always thought 20% was needed to avoid escrow, but Jake said that wasn't true. So now I have a 6.99% 30 year fixed mortgage with no escrow. I am just so tickled!

I cannot thank Jake enough for his diligence and savvy in unsnarling the mortgage process. And in only six days! The only thing I am disappointed about is that he will not help me move. Though i suspect he may be a little tired due to all of mountains he moved/eliminated to get this loan done for me.

“Had read the dismal reviews and was hesitant to go to this branch to conduct some mundane account business. But because of its proximity to my home I decided to drop in. My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way.
