The entire Monument Wealth Management team is exceptional and their service level is far superior and more personal than anything you'll get at the "large" or even boutique firms. It was their reputation, expert knowledge and holistic financial planning methodology that led me to them. I'm a high net-worth client and had worked with two high-end advisory firms prior, however, their range of planning services were very limited and other than the quarterly call, we had a tough time getting personal assistance or custom advice. At MWM, we found the team incredibly knowledgeable, their customized investment philosophy was superior to the "boiler-plate" approach used by others, and my wife absolutely loved their financial planning process which made her feel understood and truly cared for. The level of custom analysis was unlike anything I've ever seen, and we knew that they would help us with a full 360 degree view of our financial planning needs. On the investment side, they manage it all in-house which helps to reduce unnecessary fees, maximize our returns and more importantly, create custom portfolios that don't restrict you to a template that may or may not be flexible to changing market conditions or your personal needs. The measure of a financial manager, IMHO, is how they do in downturns. In the past 6-9 months we have seen a substantial correction in the secondary market. However, my portfolio, managed by Monument, has done extremely well relative to the market. Plus, they are good people!

Having worked with a few solid advisors from the LARGE well-known shops in the past, I was content with my servicing and performance. However, I always felt slightly abandoned until it came time for the 'quarterly' review call and those calls felt very sterile most of the time.At Monument, the team (you actually build relationships and interact with their team of experts) is 'on call' and so responsive. In addition, their wealth planning is so much more comprehensive than anything I had been offered by past teams.Everyone has a different need, but if you are looking for a high-touch, customized approach to your wealth planning - Monument should be considered in your search.

From my Internship Experience: I'll always be eternally grateful for the opportunity given to me by the Monument Team. It's been an incredible four months; the experiences I have gained and the knowledge I am taking away are immeasurable.
