Ordered online and picked up in store in just a few hours. Their paints are great, went on smooth, dried within an hour, and the paint fumes were light, dissipating within the afternoon.

Went to Benjamin Moore to get paint for our family basement and the store manager Benjamin Coleman did an exceptional job with helping us pick the proper paint! Great customer service and very helpful! Please come visit best place.

The staff here are amazing and so kind and helpful. Particularly Desmond. I had been searching for Romabio brick paint for sometime and he not only helped me, but kept in touch and held a bucket for me when the store got a shipment. He helped me color match it to my siding and made sure I had my supplies and knew how to use the paint. I could not be more grateful to Desmond. Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about products. Even though there is a Benjamin Moore Store closer to my house I will now be coming to this location. Excellent customer service is very hard to find these day and I’ve found it here. Highly recommend.

Long overdue, but I wanted to express my gratitude to Moe and the rest of the team (Desmond, William, and others) for their remarkable patience, attention to detail, uncommon knowledge, and friendly service. I rarely write reviews, but I thought it was important to share my experience and recommend them; so if you anticipate multiple trips, indecision, and lots of questions (like us) this is the place to buy paint--they're outstanding!

I only use Benjamin Moore, and while it's available at select hardware stores, I wanted the best selection and some advice. So I checked out Monarch and met the wonderful Desmond. He was beyond helpful and patient in our conversation. In fact, as we were talking, the store technically closed (5pm) and he never once looked at his watch or tried to scoot me along. I was happy to purchase all my paint from this specific store.

Guys please stay away from this place the guy that work on 7/10 /2020 I think he name is rosevel he’s so so rude and have nasty attitude I spent $1000 last week in Waldorf today I went to this location in Alexandria to spend a few more on paint , the only thing I could do was just walked away I will never come back here.

Called in for questions about exterior paint and Steven helped out. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, describing all options. He took the order over the phone and it was ready for pick-up less than 10 minutes later.

These guys are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I chose and bought a gallon of paint that could see after a few strokes, was way too dark. With fingers crossed I headed back to the store hoping they could fix my mistake. Fortunately for me, the salesman (Devon?) was not only able to lighten the color but did so in a couple of increments so that I was sure of the color and at no extra charge. This is the second or third time I've had to run to BM in as many days for supplies. Each time I've been treated with respect and kindness which, given that I'm an old lady, I especially appreciate. I highly recommend this place. Great product but above all wonderful people.

Helpful staff...amazing colors. It is expensive but you get what you pay for...my exterior paint has retained its color for 2 years so far despite full sun exposure in the afternoon. My interior semi-gloss wipes clean without coming off the wall. Totally transformed my home.
