This is the most customer friendly unit I have ever used .
The staff are very communicative and very helpful with renting the units .
They are professional and prompt,
Anytime I have issues the follow up to make sure it is resolved.
I come back to use this unit because it’s of the friendly and warm staff.
I feel at home here.
The prices are reasonable and the discounts are always super helpful too.
I receive prompt emails for my bills days before the due date.
I am satisfied with the customer service and the general operation of this storage.
Hope to be a continuous customer and would always recommend to my friends.

I had reviewed local storage facilities around South Pickett and Duke. Yelp reviews lead me to picking Mini U Storage over the other ones. Spoke with Terrance (not sure spelling was non traditional and briefly glanced at computer screen). Was very personable and genuine. Had used website to setup unit for reservation, but was told unit wasn’t satisfactory so assigned different unit. Signed lease agreement and was shown unit. All done in about 30 minutes. Store had commonly needed storage items like boxes, tape, and locks.

Tyrance made the moving process so easy! He walked me through the leasing agreement as well as the facility. Tyrance even helped me select an appropriate unit. I am very impressed with the 500 S Pickett mini u facility!
