While overall the store is decidedly terrible, this review references the "professional" framers. I dropped off two items to be framed - very simple frames and matting - but the process took nearly an hour. I was told it would be ready in a week, but received no email confirmation of the order. On the day it was supposed to be ready I called the store and it was as if no one had ever asked for the status of a framing order. At one point I was on hold for 20 minutes just to check the status of the order, and I still got no answer. The incompetence of the staff and complete lack of customer service is almost impressive.

Went there to get some fabric medium and couldn't find any. Brianna took the time to look for it. Couldn't find any for that brand, so she was able to find another brand. It's been a long time since an employee had gone all out to help me. Great job Brianna!

"Are you serious?"That was the question posed to me by the cashier this evening when I asked for a $4 refund for a photo box, usually priced $6.99, on sale for $2.99. At first she had told me that I would not get any money, but "next time..." I didn't let her finish, since she'd over-charged me. No reason to pay the wrong price. I explained that I wanted to pay the advertised price. Could I have a refund for the difference? "Are you serious?" she asked. Then she told me I'd have to wait until other customers had been tended to, even though there was another cashier on duty and only 2 more parties were in line. I went to get the sign that showed the sale price, thinking she didn't believe me. When I returned and she saw the sign, she ordered me to return it. Twice. As if I worked there. That's when I asked for a manager. She grudgingly refunded me the whole price I had paid, and then triumphantly asked me if I'd like to buy the photo box. To quote you, my dear: ARE YOU SERIOUS?"Shame on you for shaming and punishing a polite customer for insisting on being charged the correct price. You should be fired. Yes, I am serious.
