My 2012 Infiniti has been serviced at this location many times. I’ve had oil changes, tire patches, the belt, oil gasket, and spark plugs replaced. My car is running good and has no further issues. Metro Motor is very efficient, very quick, and great communication about work needing to be done.

When I brought my car here, there was some damage that led to leaking oil. I had a complicated concern about when and how my car became damaged. The lead mechanic understood my concern and was able to provide helpful assessments, information, and explanations as well as doing the repair quickly and efficiently.

Omar was so helpfully in fixing my brakes and rotors. They got me in right away and charged almost half of what I had been quoted at a different auto shop. They didn’t try to upsell me on additional services and even talked me down from unnecessary services suggested by other auto shops. I will definitely be coming back in the future and will be recommending them to my friends!

The team at North Henry Shell has been doing the service work for both of my vehicles for several years. This past week when servicing my Jeep Gladiator they discovered an issue that needed prompt attention. Omar reviewed the issue with me and we discussed all repair options. I asked him to order the needed parts and to have his team do the repairs. As usually the repairs were done promptly and the vehicle is running great. Thanks guys!
