My family member was disrespect. They wanted to know where the location for medical bed supplies. The store associate that responded about 9:40am. The assoicate gave random stores in the state, then sarcastically say "to find a gps" , laugh and hung up. We didnt have a gps or a smart phone at the time. We try to call back for more information of dircetion but no one anwser the phone. I've inform the rest of my family to avoid this location. Hopefully no other elders will be disrepect in getting basic needed medical items.

I called before traveling from Arlington 30 mins and when I asked for the model and price of the only nebulizer they carry, I got hung up on twice! Try it for yourself! Unbelievable! Just plain rude!!! If allowed, they would have gotten NO stars! If that was the owner, who answered, he will not stay in business very long.... and ... If that was sales representative, who answered, he will not stay in business very long.

I was dealing with a very stressful medical situation with my husband pending surgery. I needed a bed to help care for him. I talked to Anthony at Medical Supply Store and he made one item on my long to do checklist easy to accomplish. Medical supply store delivered and set up the medical bed at the scheduled time; they also picked up the medical bed at the scheduled time. Anthony was kind, professional, and reliable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience using this company. If anyone I know is ever in need of medical equipment, I would highly recommend Medical Supply Super Store.

Pricey. Bought a commode in the evening and returned it the next morning with a slight defect. They did not take it back, which would be acceptable if they inform their customers upon purchase that they will not accept returns/refunds. They did not. I’ve returned similar equipment (bedpan) to CVS.

Great . Customer. Service! When my husband needed a replacement medical device, this was the only location that had it that was open late afternoon... on a Sunday... on a holiday! When I called, the person who answered noted that the store had just closed but would wait for me to arrive. When I got there, I learned that the person I spoke with was actually the business owner! He was very gracious and helped me get exactly what I needed. The store seems to be well-stocked, and I will definitely go back.

The absolute best service and selection. I can't say enough great things about this store. It has everything you need in store AND the ability to get specialty items w/in 48 hours. It doesn't needs the glitz and glamor because it cuts to the chase - the customers needs. I need more stores like this in the community.

The owner has had two strikes at this point. During the beginning of the pandemic he was selling the medical surgical masks at a huge markup. I went back today to get some gauze tape- the price was about double what it should have been but it’s for sensitive skin- so a little harder to find. I asked if there was a return policy and I was told yes there is a 30 day return policy as long as the package is still sealed. I went down the road to Walgreens and found something even better for 1/3 of the price. 20 minutes after my initial purchase, I went back in to do the return. The cashier went to the back, returned crestfallen and said that there was a caveat to the return policy, per the owner, that they do not accept returns in wound packing materials. He said the only thing that he could offer was a 20% off coupon for my next visit. The cashier apologized profusely and ended up paying my refund out of his own pocket.Draw your own conclusions about the character of the owner.

Staff was nice. Store was stocked and payment was easy. Got several things that I tried at first to go to Walgreens and CVS. Will go back.
