Jerome was very knowledgeable and friendly. He informed us of all the choices, answered our questions but was not pushy. The store had numerous beds to try out. We have bought more than four beds from this store over the ten years we have lived here and have always been happy with the quality of the beds. Whenever I need to call the store with a question, someone is always there to answer the phone quickly and answer all my questions. The bed was delivered within a few days and they provided a two hour delivery window the night before.

Jerald is awesome! He is friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with my new Nectar mattress and made the process painless. I had my mattress delivered quickly thanks to him. I definitely recommend you go see him for your new mattress! You won’t be disappointed.

John assisted us in our visit at mattress firm. His customer service was very good. In fact it was immaculate! He was very knowledgeable about all the different beds and bedding accessories. Great sense of humor while keeping it professional. Will definitely be back!

JEROME…. Went above and beyond with his superb customer service. Although the store was close to closing time he stopped what he was doing to accommodate my mother and I and made sure the 5 items purchased was would suffice our needs. He even encouraged us to get the two additional items to elongate the duration of the mattress which we hadn’t considered. I’d definitely recommend that particular store and JEROME for all your mattress needs and don’t forget the accessories that we originally did that was definitely needed at a great price.

We had a great experience with John. He was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations so we could find a mattress that met our needs. He even helped our 8-year-old find a new mattress to replace her very outdated one (within our budget!). He was great with her and we really appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thanks John!

Shout out to Dorcas at this mattress firm who was incredibly helpful over the phone when I was looking for a box spring last minute. She was knowledgeable, personable and made it a point to keep in touch until our product was delivered. Such outstanding customer service that left a lasting impression on me. We had a great customer service experience shopping for our mattress!! We worked with John and he was very knowledgeable in discussing all the features of the adjustable base options with us, the different payment options and did not pressure us at all to make a final decision. He was professional, courteous, and we trust buying from this associate and location of Mattress Firm. Even though there was a slight hiccup in our overall delivery, John and his manager Jerome, jumped right into action and immediately worked to correct the situation. We couldn’t be happier! John was customer obsessed as I walked in to the store, he came to and after we exchanged pleasantries, I asked a few questions about my mattress preferences. He was quick to show me various options as well as recommended payment options perhaps I needed something more.I showed him on my phone other mattresses and asked for his expert advice. John was by far the most knowledgeable and kind senior sleep expert we’ve worked with. After a not great experience at Mattress Warehouse, coming down the street and talking with John was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and answered all of the questions we had. We are super excited to get our new mattress and thankful for all John did to make it happen!

Great customer service! Wahid was our salesperson and he was knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. He spent 15-20 minutes with us explaining mattress options. Clean store, good selection, decent prices. Delivery by Oscar G. was on time and the movers were polite and careful. A great experience overall! I'll update if there are any product issues, but I don't anticipate any.
