I get that they have to make a sale but I asked several times to see a mattress for less money than the one they showed me. I had to show online prices from the website to get a slightly better price than what was posted in the store. I hope I like the mattress when it’s delivered.It seemed good in the store. If I hadn’t needed a mattress immediately I would’ve walked out. I didn’t like the hard sell. I won’t do business there again. I felt pressured to spend more than I could comfortably afford and it was embarrassing for me to have to keep saying that I couldn’t afford it. Listen to a person’s budget needs better.

My husband and I were pleased with the service that was provided here. Our sale representative, Jerald, was kind, patient, informative, and knowledgeable about finding to correct mattress for our needs. I am extremely satisfied and grateful that he was present the day we arrived.

Jerald is an excellent salesperson at the Hybla Valley store. He carefully listened to my needs, provided a great set of recommendations for mattresses at various price points, and then worked out a great deal on the mattress and adjustable base I eventually purchased. I plan on a follow up purchase based on my experience today!
