I had no idea what kind of bed to get or how much to balance a good night sleep against what it moght cost. But as soon as I walked in the store Iman met me with a welcoming smile and was very helpful in going through the process of helping me decide. It was a very good leRning process with Iman, I got the best bed for my sleeping position. I highly recommend mattress firm and Iman.

I went to Mattress Firm in Potomac Yard with very specific needs. I needed a comfortable and excellent quality twin mattress that was exactly 12” high because I already have another twin bed that size in the same room, and the two beds would be side by side with just a night table in-between. So, they had to match. Jerome persisted until he found exactly what I needed. He was patient, professional, and personable… An excellent salesperson! Imán was amazing and easy to work with. She walked me through the process to make the best decision to meet my special needs. Iman was patient and knowledgeable of all the products. I would recommend this store and more importantly Iman as a sales person.I original bought two mattresses in January and retuned in April and purchased another one. Same great amazing service.
