Keith spent a lot of time with us and was extremely patient while my husband and I shopped around to upgrade our mattress. He was very knowledgeable and honest about his recommendations from the jump and answered all of our questions. We feel like we’ve now found the perfect mattress for our needs with his guidance. Dennis, the sales agent at the local Mattress Firm store, was very professional and knowledgeable. It made our selection of a replacement mattress and adjustable base as stressless as one could hope. We were very impressed with our service previously at Nordstrom and Tempur-pedic when we purchased mattresses in the past -- Dennis at Mattress Firm equaled that level of service. Kudos.

It's been roughly 8 months or something since getting our mattress from here. I just got back from a 2 week trip and nothing has greater weighed on my mind than falling into my bed. Thanks to Keith for suggesting the purple mattress, and thanks to mattress firm for hiring Keith so he could suggest the purple mattress.
