I just wait for one month to they fixed my washing machine and I went more than 10 times and requested for this issue.

1. it's incredibly expensive
2. the amenities are okay, NOT worth the 1.9k (including utilities) a month for a damaged one bedroom that smells like cigarette smoke from 20 years ago
3. there are roaming gangs of kids of all ages who ring doorbells and run, slam into you on scooters, block entry ways, write on walls, scream and play in the hallways, slam doors (the doors here are LOUD) and force you off of sidewalks into the street. the kids are absolutely out of control here. it's an EVERY DAY issue, i've never seen anything like it.
4. there are roaches and mice.
5. the office staff is useless except for one guy. if you try calling or emailing you will NEVER EVER get help or a response from anyone
6. maintenance and pest control will not let you know what time to expect them OR show up at the right time (or at all) if they do.
7. the location is decent and they provide a shuttle to metro but it only runs during rush hour
8. the elevator is broken for weeks at a time when there are people with disabilities here
9. the door buzzers are broken so often that they may as well not exist
10. the apps and portal that they make you use for rent and documents are trash to the point that i worry about whether or not a document has been signed or my rent has gone through and i have to go to the office and follow it up in person (because again, it's impossible to get help over the phone or email)

I have submitted a work order for the washing machine, as it is not functioning properly and requires replacement. Additionally, I have reported a leak in the cooling system of my bedroom, but no one has been able to resolve the issue. Several technicians have visited, stating they would discuss the problem with their supervisor, but they have subsequently disappeared without providing a resolution. This issue has persisted for approximately three weeks, despite my continuous efforts to address it.

I signed a lease in May 2024 with the understanding I could see the apartment before my July move-in date. Now, it's July, and they're saying I can't see the apartment before I move in. How can they expect anyone to move into an apartment they have never seen before? To top it all off, they offered other options available for viewing but refuse to honor the agreed-upon rent on the lease. Either the listing shouldn't have shown it as available in July, or it should've been clear that viewings wouldn't be possible before move-in.

The apartment was too some , the hallway was very dark and smelled of smoke and weed, building was not clean and well kept.
