Cheap looking clothes. The racks were nearly bare. The men's section looked like a thrift store- full of beer branded t-shirts. This place used to be much better.

A store closing at 8 is fine, but the workers yelling at you at 7:55 saying “the store is closed, lock the doors, you got one more minute” is ridiculous and rude. The African American woman with the buzz cut could learn customer service. Especially if she’s the manager.

Maybe it's the time of year, but stock seemed low.
Why do I consistently (more than 3 visits) have to ask for the cashiers to call for back up because there were no less than 9 customers ahead of me with only 2 registers open. Gave up 2 stars instead of 1 because I love Marshall's

Today 12/28 at least 50 or more customers and 3 cashiers. Bathroom broken. I don't shop here for the same reasons. However, I stayed in line because they had what I came for.

“I bought a dress, brought it home, tried it on, and realized it was too tight. When I attempted to exchange or return it, the rude manager started arguing and refused to refund or exchange it. However, the cashier, who was working at the time, agreed to process the refund, but the manager still refused.”
