Saboor from Marlo Furniture Alexandria was spectacular! I was in need of a bedroom set for my third home and he was more than helpful in assisting me. It was pretty late when I arrived to the store, but Saboor immediately helped me find the right set that was within my budget. He shared a wealth of information about the different types of bed sets, night stands and mattresses and helped explain the differences in quality. He did not pressure me or push any crazy sales tactics on me. I immediately felt comfortable with him as we toured the showroom, he felt like family. He made me feel at ease with the delivery situation as I needed quick delivery. I also needed the items I selected wrapped for moving. He quickly came up with a solution to all of my concerns 1. Price 2. Fast delivery and wrapping 3. Box spring for the Mattress I selected. Saboor is a solution guy and honest and I appreciated that so much. Honestly the best sales experience I have had in years. Very friendly. I will definitely be back with more business with Marlo. Thank you.

We walked in and had a very warm and helpful welcome by Gustavo, he helped us as we walked around looking at sofas. The prices were all displayed and the store was clean. We ended up buying a sofa that he helped very well with, and he made sure that we got the best price possible. I’d highly recommend going to him if you shop here. Specifically we were at the Marlo Furniture in Alexandria.

Great experience with David Erry ! Had a an amazing deal and had amazing serviceWould def shop here again!…Update was sold the warranty thought it would be a good idea. Now the recliner is broken for over 4 months now and this has yet to be fixed. The warranty company is waiting on the store to provide the parts but the store is not answering. This is a safety concern as I have toddlers and the recliner can’t close

David Erry from Alexandria VA was so kind, patient, understanding and outstanding to work with. He went above and beyond for us and provided amazing customer service. He let us look through the showroom and take our time in finding the items that we need. He showed us the full functionality of the recliner chairs and made us feel comfortable.UPDATE AS OF MAY 2024We purchased the warranty with the recliner couch sets we received on November 2023. Beginning of February 2024, one of the recliner chairs have a mechanical issue. A technician from the warranty company came to assess and said he’ll order parts. We never received the parts and we have tirelessly called numerous times since February for follow up. It is now basically June. Everyone keeps saying there is nothing they can do and the parent company is not responding. WELL!! THATS NOT MY FAULT!! If the warranty is purchased, it needs to be honored! The warranty isn’t cheap either. This needs to be resolved and someone needs to help out. The Sales Managers at Marlo doesn’t take calls (like what?!) and I keep getting the runaround. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Either replace my couch or fix it!
