I lived here for 10+ years and loved it! The front desk staff has always been incredibly helpful and friendly. Patricia and Maeza always looked out for me. I miss living here!

Everyone here is extremely nice, except Patricia at the front desk! I’ve witnessed her go out her way to make all other residents feel welcomed but I’m not sure why she chooses not to speak to my family! Other than that, the property is always extremely clean and well maintained! Kudos to the maintenance team, hospitality team, management and other front desk team!

Could be a 5 star, but it’s not at all dog friendly. As in none.

Clean and quiet, grounds are nice, staff is excellent and the location is awesome. Yes there is plane noise but it sure beats traffic 24/7 where a lot of places are located in and around DC. Trail access out your back door and beautiful views of the Potomac. Also, its a mile walk to Old Town.

I'm not familiar of these condominiums, however I like the surrounding sights (trail). The walk was awesome.

It is an older building. But it's maintained very well. It's high rise living so the problems that come along with that exist. But location and value are unmatched. Riverfront pool and barbecue area, private parking, on Mt Vernon bike trail, walk to restaurants in Old Town, Express bus to DC at your door. New Potomac Yards metro opening soon. I love it.
